  16. If you have a boater link when you sign up you're in. If not, you go on the wait list which gets whittled down as unguaranteed boaters sing up. There is no timetable. Once I was #11 with a week to go and got in 2 days before. A friend was #5 3 days before. He went to the meeting anyway just in case someone doesn't register (which does happen) and 4 didn't make it, he was next in line waiting for 1 more spot to open but none did, and he didn't fish. Point is you never know. Keep calling up to your time table restriction and hope for the best. Good Luck Mike

  18. 1) Any grandson 2) Fenwick Techna AV / Curado E 3) When it gets tough and in doubt slow down, pay more attention to presentation and don't worry so much about color. Mike
  19. On the opposite side..I use a 7' Phenix X 11 composite rod that's rated to 3 oz. It'll launch 1.5's with no problem and I can feel it all the way back. Sometimes rod ratings are a little over/under rated. Mike
  20. I don't fish the ABA but seriously thinking about it. I fish the BFL and B.A.S.S. Nations both as a co-angler and have for years. The advantage to both of those is they have a co-angler division. However I hear the money is better in the ABA and they have that rule about co angler's allowed up front, which some days can make a big difference.. Anyway, Good Luck to you. Mike
