  4. If you use one of the softer frogs available (Scum, Live Target etc) you wont need to mess with the hooks. That's one of the reasons I gave away all my Spro's. Mike
  5. Don't feel like the Lone Ranger....My QB got me 4! My bench QB had 6 and 2 benched WR's combined for 37... I was down 36 going into Monday night and I lose by 12!! Good job Jennifer, we'll meet again Mike
  6. I really like that built in trailer...surprised other manufacturers don't do the same, or at least offer it. Maybe a copyright thing. Mike

  10. I wish I realized much earlier that bass are not always shallow. Some will move in and out all day long. I wish I realized much earlier that what I did, and where I did it yesterday doesn't mean it will work today. I wish I realized much earlier that when no matter how slow I think I'm working a bait it's sometimes not slow enough. And finally and probably the most important thing I wish I learned much much earlier, is that the best teacher I ever had is what I learned on my own. Mike
  11. I use the 12# for all cranks, traps, spinnerbaits and chatterbaits and very satisfied. I'm sure you will be too. Mike
  12. Ditto I always start slow especially with a frog or spook. Then it's a fairly slow retrieve, just enough to get it walking. Then subsequent cast's I'll speed it up. Most times if they're in the neighborhood It won't get to that point. Mike
  13. You're not alone Pal! Still a long way to go Mike

  16. When you say you "lost" them, are you certain they had it?? I'm asking because a lot of times a bass will come up and "push" a frog. You'll see and hear the splash, the frog will be gone, you pull, and you have nothing. Or sometimes they'll blow on it from behind, you again think he has it, you pull and again you have nothing. I've had bass "hit" and the frog will jump 2ft. out of the water! Come back down and nothing! This happens to me a lot... Mike
