Exact same way as I fish a spinnerbait...Slow roll, high and fast, mid depth with a hard pull once in a while, stop and go, free fall. Let the fish telll you how they want it. Mike

Don't crank as much as a lot of you guys but when I do, I use a Phenix X11 composite rod, JM Sig reel spooled with 12# Yo Zuri. Wouldn't change a thing Mike

IMHO Technique specific lines are just marketing. Some lines are better for certain technique's of course, but that's your choice to use what for what. Mike

I've used 16# Sniper on a Curado 200E and a Chronarch 100 and have never had the problems you described. (I don't hardly ever use a spinning setup ever anymore) I also use L&L the night before any outing. My first thought was that maybe it was spooled on backwards, which would cause what you describe. I'd be shocked if any retail box store brand flouro would be even close to the quality of Sniper, regardless of who's picture is on the label. Mike

Agree...I just don't get it. If I had a sponsor I'd wear thier logo's on my underwear if they wanted me to. But to give some major corporation free advertising for thier product line when I'm already contributing to thier profit margin buy buying thier products.....Sorry, baby may need another pair of shoes.
