All over can be good. Just depends. Once the grass tops out good, look for the grass that sounds like rice crispie cereal popping first thing in the mornings. Throw a frog and old on. Here are a couple videos from a couple years ago. Jeff

@Raul - lives in Mexico @Big-O - does this several times a year I have been to Mexico more than a dozen times in the last several years. But always fly down. I have only fished Lake Baccarac for bass, but have done a ton of saltwater fishing as well while down there Jeff

Something else to add- Make sure your rod has enough backbone to set the hook. With light wire hooks this shouldn't be a problem, but some of my Shakey Heads have Owner deep throat hooks, and with that gauge wire on a hook you need a bit stouter rod! Jeff

I have that one friend, who works out like a beast and is too strong for hook sets. I let him borrow my rod 1 time.....1 TIME.... And he breaks it on a hook set. Jeff

Went Friday afternoon and the fish fooled me. Was only able to trick 1 dink. Went back this morning and we fooled them! Caught plenty, mostly small, but did fool this one gal off a wind blown point in about 14 fow with a swimbait. Jeff
