An introduction from down on the bayou

Featured Replies

Hey everyone, My name is Brett Hebert. I come from deep down on the bayous of Louisiana where pitching, flipping, and punching rule the waters for heavy limits of bass. I stumbled upon this website while looking up reel reviews at work. Shhhhhhhhh dont tell my employer that while I am out here in the atlantic ocean on an oil field project I am making sure that my arsenal of lines and tackle are fully prepared and well stocked for my 28 days of being home. I grew up flipping small plastic worms I would find in my dads tackle box (some probably older than I am) in bayou lafourche and was instantly hooked. It helps coming up in a family that fishes as often as possible. Now I spend my free time searching for one of those Toledo Bend HAWGS that have been getting caught left and right. Hopefully when I fly back home in a few days I will be able to post a few pictures. If anyone is looking for a respectable young man who is a safety professional to take there daughter out fishing I'm your guy! Tight lines everyone!

Thanks everyone! Hope to Learn those little differences that everyone uses while casting away to become a better angler before I start getting into bigger tournaments.
