Mexico has a chance- Lake Baccarac record is 19.1lbs Lake El Salto - 18lbs 8 oz Sugar Lake- 18+ Lake Comedero - 19lb 6oz Lake Mateos - 18+ Lake Guerrero - 19+ I have heard stories several different times of locals with bass in excess of the world record. It drives me to keep going. Most of these records were caught in the early 1990's- but that doesn't mean there aren't still WR bass swimming there. I will let ya'll know when I catch it! Jeff
