  1. I would say weight lifting, but I'm not too sure what effects my get huge chems will have on me later on.
  2. Congratulations, Little Homie! Both of those schools are excellent choices. I recommend Alabama, even though I'm an Auburn fan. But hey that's your decision to make. And as for your parents and any other naysayers, to Heck with them! If people are to petty or whatever to be excited for ya and to support your choices, your better off without them. Don't let em getcha down little homie. I'm proud of ya, that's a dang fine accomplishment.
  3. Wow. Tahnks for the advice guys/gals. I'm definately gonna try these suggestions, this weekend. Keep it coming and I'll keep Yall posted on how its working out. Lesley, I've never thought to use a live lizard before. I'll bet that would work phenomenally. I know using a live snake worked great for me before. I am so trying this suggestion first. Now I just got to find myself a lizard.
  4. Speak for yourself. Some of us have morals that even a snake can crawl over.
  5. So I headed out to one of my ponds that I haven't fished in about six months today. This place holds some enormous bass. Anyway, I hiked through the woods to my favorite spot, and what should I see? Wires run between the banks from the trees, hanging about 6 feet above the water. At this particular spot there were three of them spread out about twenty feet apart. As if it isn't hard enough to fish off the brush covered banks now I have to deal with wires. So I calm myself and hike to another prime fishing spot, same thing at that one too. As well as the other five great fishing locations on said pond. I ran into another fisherman heading back to my original spot and inquired if he knew anything about the wires. He told me some of the "locals" from cardboard town down the road set them up. Apparently they run fishing lines down them with live bait on them and use them as a kind of trotline. Ok, that's understandable, but don't be greedy about it. I mean other people fish here too. Anyway, on my way back towards my spot. I was walking the downed tree trail on the steep side of the hill, this hill is at about a sixty to seventy degree angle with a narrow trail down it, about fifteen feet above the shoreline. As was I was walking the trees my ankle snagged something and down I went. I rolled, banged, slid, and smashed straight down the hillside and into the water. Luckily I got my backpack off and my rods down before I hit the ground. I crawl back up the hill and what should I see? One of those stupid Brown wires tied off to a tree about 8 inches off the ground, crossing the trail! With a roar I cut the dang thing down with my pliers, as well as everyother one I came in contact with on my way back to the truck. I'm still madder than hell about those dang wires. As if getting my lures hung up every third cast wasn't bad enough. Saturday I'm gonna go pull em out of the water from the other bank and remove the rest of them. Here's a pic of some of em. These two were a bit higher over the water than most the others.
  6. Thats odd. We had a rash of them down here about 5 years ago. They stole the tailgate off my company truck and seven others in the parking lot of the apartments we were living in. When the cops busted a group of people doing it, they found over five hundred of them in a warehouse. Including the one off of the company truck. Maybe it just comes and goes in phases.
  7. I give it a 10. That's a nice setup. Here's my current favorite. Diawa BBS Zillion Diawa 6'6" mh mf zillion 20# spiderwire flourobraid
  8. Thanks for all the kind words fellas. I'm thinking of getting another one, but I may wait until my son is a few years older. He's three right now and never gave that spider a second glance. The terrarium where she lived has three separate locks on it just incase, but still. If I get another one, I'll get Yall some pics.
  9. Well aren't you just Mr. Chipper, this morning. I dare say the title and post is hysterical. Even being an Auburn fan it made me laugh.
  10. Fuzzy, my pet Cobalt Blue, died today. She was twenty one years old. I got her when she was ten. I realize she was just a spider, but she had been with me for 11 years now. I miss her. Again RIP Fuzzy.
  11. I recently discovered a new pond, at least new for me. Try as I might I just can't buy a bite out of this particular pond. I've used flouro leaders on braid, braid, flouro by itself. I've thrown every color crank, spinner, Buzz bait, and frog that I own. I've also gone through all my tubes, jigs, worms, and lizards. Over fished slow, fast, moderate, and slower. And have gotten nary a bite. I know there are bass in here, I've seen them swimming around. Yall got any advice? Ok here's the description. Size: 6 acres. Shape: kind of like an eight. Water clarity: clear as glass Vegetation: Cat tails from bank to three feet out. They pretty much ring one half of the pond. The other half is rip rap and dispersed cattails. In the narrowrer middle section there is a weed mat about forty yards long by about ten yards wide, it runs from surface to bottom, about twelve feet deep. Wood: a couple pilings attached to a deck in one corner. Otherwise none that I've managed to find yet. Location Birmingham Al.
  12. Ahhhhhahahahah That's hysterical! I totally just laughed out loud homie!
  13. Your son has got some skill. Did he free hand or use a pattern? Either way that is a straight gnardog pumpkin.
  14. Interesting thought you have there brother. I still use bro, homie, and brother. Never was big on dude. It takes a whole lot for me to use or say dude. Maybe I'm just unhip with the new lingo.
  15. X10 Heck, they haven't even been able to get rid of his jerseys. They were selling for 15 dollars for the authentic jerseys,(last year) and still no one would touch them.
  16. The Bengals could have everybodies first round pick for the next three years, and still be terrible. I think Palmer will be a great fit at Oakland. Raider Nation 4 LIFE.
  17. Homie, if you were planning on spending that much in the first place, you might as well do the right thing. Tell 'em you think they made a mistake and they very well may hook you up at the lower price. If they don't, oh well you were gonna spend that much anyway. You can justify it however you want, stealing is stealing, and wrong is wrong. Back in college my buddy and myself walked out of walmart with a couple of new rods. We just shouldered them and walked right out the door. When we went fishing later that day with our other four buddies, everyone caught fish but us. As a matter of fact, neither of us ever caught fish with those two rods. I guess what I'm saying is karma is a you know what, and don't jinx yourself.
  18. The Raider Haters will hate. I think we did great getting him. He's played for coach Jackson before, so there is history there. Plus we already picked up Pryor earlier this year. So I believe that with Palmer and Campbell (whenever he should recover) Pryor should have two good qbs to learn from. I do agree that we certainly like to give up our 1st round picks, but hey if Palmer works out, its a small price to pay. Raider Nation 4 Life
  19. That is fricking awesome. That totally brightened this wretched day I'm having. At least animals can show compassion towards other animals.
  20. Death Metal, Black Metal, most any and all metal bands from the Nordic countries, Hardcore, Gutter Punk, Punk, Heavy Metal, old country (meaning hardly anything newer than the Oak Ridge Boys.) Also older rap. I dont like hearing about cars, clothes, hoes, and money. Currently listening to mainly Cradle of Filth and 69 Eyes.
  21. With a defense like Detroit has got. I think they'll beat greenbay. Heck their defensive line alone is unstoppable.
  22. I'm I'm I'm speechless..... RIP Mr Davis Raider Nation 4 Life
  23. Ok, I figured it out. I had the Adobe flash loader on. I unchecked it in the settings menu and the problem has been fixed. Thanks for the quick reply Nate.
  24. Here's a picture of the one I actually managed to land. I'll have another up in a bit.
  25. As of the last month, I've been on the pc site.
