Tackle Storage Without A Boat
I have used a backpack with good results, you can fit a couple 3600's in there and bunch of soft plastics, in the smaller pouches you can put your scale/pliers/etc in. Many other choices out there like 3600 size duffle bags, or even a 3700 sized bag where you can cram 3600's in. I like to use the 3600 Thin plano boxes for their compact bodies.

Should I Rivet Or Weld?? Deck Plates
If you know how to weld aluminum good or have a reputable shop doing it then go for it.

Tightening Prop On Motor
I tighten, though it doesn't matter which direction you go since torquing down can be a +/- a few pounds. Long as you aren't going too far lose or too far tight you should be fine.

Wire Leaders
All I used was berkley and south bend flexible leaders, only modification was temoving the swivel and leaving the snap, no problems.

Backup Crankbait Lures
We end up buying a couple new baits and whatever works better we'll go back and buy a bunch so we have ample stock.

Starter Reel
All good choices, whatever he chooses if it comes in a box make sure he opens it up and tests it before he buys it, make sure it doesn't grind and all the parts work before he purchases it. Don't go for just the feel of the display model, sometimes reels come in bad batches and the packaged one might be it.

Looking For Medium Rod, Any Suggestions??
I catch 4lb bass and pickerel just fine on an ultralight. The power of the rod should be more specific to the area you're throwing into and the weight of your lure not on how big the fish are.

Braid On Spinning Gear?
Only drawback would be tying more because of leader line, not really a problem compared to what you gain.

How Long Should A Bass Rod Be
It's not like everyone's got 20 different rods, most people use the same rod with certain techniques that manufacturers say that you need something different. From some companies, specific usually differs on rods with an extra inch or 16th of a oz while the action/power are the same.

Shelf Life Of Bullets?
I would venture to guess where you have your bullets there is a ton of moisture.

How Long Should A Bass Rod Be
I slightly disagree, a MHM is more versatile than a MM for treble lures. The other two are spot on though.

Are you getting up to the max speed of it trimmed down before you start to trim up?
-
Hooked Hull
Couldn't have happened at a better time, our area is displacing the fish as the colder temps come to stay.

Fishing Line Color?
I use to use CX that has the fluorescent hue all the time, I since dropped it and chose clear. Haven't seen a difference in catch rates.

I Just Can't Believe This
True. When I started getting hair supplies for tying flies I went to the local beauty supply and they knew exactly why I wanted the hair

Deep Divers???
I personally never had a problem using 7.x ratios for deep divers, now continuing throwing those bigger/heavier baits is a sore.

Panther Martin Lures
They work on trout, bass, and pickerel. Pick your color they all work. I prefer all black with orange dots, the black/yellow dots, and the yellow/black dots. Can't forget the Rainbow trout color! Any size. I prefer these much over the rooster tails because it takes the least amount of effort to make them spin whereas roosters blades with ride under the body and not spin.
