Anybody live out here that would like to fish? I know alot of good spots if ever interested?

I recently purchased some Bomber lures, the 4A divers, and have been really impressed with them! I'm using the 4-6ft divers because thats the depth I'm fishing in. They have great action, and run straight and true. And you really can't pass up the price. Shad and chartruese have been working great for me. The only draw back I found is that one of the treble hooks broke. Thought I would share the expierence.

I'm looking for some advice with accuracy. I've been using a baitcaster for maybe 1 month straight, (off and on previously) but I'am starting to see the benefits of using one. However, putting the lure where I want it to go and where it goes are two different things most of the time. Its easier to cast one direction then the other. And it can be difficult to keep it close to the bank, or even just a short easy cast. Could it be that my settings aren't properly adjusted? Possibly my rod? I'm using a Shimano Carbomax 6'6" medium/fast rod, which I enjoy. Or, may I possibly be releasing the spool to early or late? It is easier for me to cast sidearm then overhead, but I want to cast overhead as well. Does anybody have any suggestions that may help? It would be appreciated! Lyle

now do you only use it in your baitcaster, or also in your spinning reel? Do you use a mono, or flo leader at all? What lb is most versatile? I dont want to get to heavy because some lures call for lighter tackle ya know!

I've been fishing with mono, and I'm thinking of going to braid. Not sure what to use, what color, etc.... Also do you need stiffer rods and so on... does anybody have a good suggestions?

I found luck with Super flukes. I usually rig them weightless with a 2/0 off set hook. Also weedless. Or, I will put a 5" Senko worm on the same hook. They usually produce bass. I like to use watermelon colors, with red or black flakes in them. Also, I have been catching them with Zoom lizards, also rigged the same way. If you put a small bullet weight on it, you can let them penetrate through the pads or near the edge of them and let them sink to the bottom and you'll usually get a bass.
