  1. I would recommend of course as you are practicing as much as you can. I used a 5 gallon bucket and would work my way back hitting it as best i could. As far as distance, more than would get a good hookset.
  2. I got this package in the mail the other day and was wondering if any of you do this and is it worth it. I started to throw it away thinking it was just junk mail, but thought i would hang on to it to see what it was about. Thanx
  3. I couldn't take it anymore, yesterday it got up to 55 finally in indiana so i went out and landed one on a sweet beaver, after 3hrs of fishing. Water was still pretty cold.
  4. I usually raise my arm high and keep the tip down and just shake it. 9/10 it works for me.
  5. Those are excellent ideas. Make sure if it gets stocked that there is a limit as to how many carp they put in them also. The one across from our Fire station is about 1.5 acre and has about 20 carp in it. It has no vegitation and the bass struggle to grow in numbers.
  6. It seems like on some of the shows it doesn't really show the surroundings. Like you can tell the same landmarks. I understand if you are in a honey hole. But, some of the shots make it look like a small pond or lake. And i have seen shows were for the whole show they are in the same place.
  7. Rapala Pro Fishing for XBOX is the best one i have played. It is enjoyable for a while. Took about 4 days to win a golds. A good number of different lures. from Largemouth, pike, muskie, walleye, salmon, to peacock bass. Rent it if you see it out and try it.
