I use both but I seem to have more luck on the 10" worm. I have had little bass slam the bigger worm along with big bass. The worm is one of my favorite baits by Rage but the craw is my absolute favorite there are so many ways you can fish it and it makes a great jig trailer I highly recomend you pick up some craws as well.

i was looking at some pictures of some craws and saw one that was almost all blue with white in some places so that got me thinking about making and trying a blue and white jig. so has anybody fished with a blue and white jig? i know blue and black is a very good jig as i have alot of confidence in it but what about the blue and white?

to answer your question about the little pond in the outlet we call it the "hot pond" yes it is shallow when you get up there and there are usually quite a few hunters this time of year including me lol i can say that i have thought about bringing a rod or two with me to fish and one of these times i will do it and let u know how it goes

I love critzer lake earlier this year i caught a 5 1/2 lber out of there and several 2lb-3lb fish we had a great day out there. Im glad i dont have a fiberglass boat when i go out there because my aluminum boat goes through hell. And since you guys are talking about miami have any of you ever fished that area that is on the other side of the road? I managed to fit my boat under that culvert thing and threw frogs over there and did really good actually i was surprised. and as a side note has anyone been seeing bullfrogs around at any of the lakes? I havent been seeing that many when I go after them

I love all of my dobyns rods so that is the route I would go I'm changing all my rods to sinus actually u think the 703 or 704 would be perfect for what you want

I t-rig mine with a 4/0 ewg and a pegged weight and i use the whole thing as a jig trailer

you will love the lews i have two and have no complaints i am still in the process of switching all my reels to lews tournament speed spools and my rods to dobyns

i would say get the lews you will not regret it i love both of mine and am in the process of changing all my reels to lews i have a 5:4:1 on a dobyns 705cb glass rod and it is one of my favorite combos i have.

I love my Dobyns rods I have a champion 734c and a 705cb glass crankbait rod and a savvy 735c i love all of my Dobyns rods and those will not be my last ones i actually plan on ordering more this summer i would defiantly take a look at their rods i don't think you would be disappointed. As far as reels go i would also take a look at the lew's line they are really nice reels for a really good price.

I say go with lews my dad has a shimano and I have the lews and I feel the lews is smoother and cast nicer but again it is all personal preferance but I do say a lews

I have the step below in both lews and revo I have an sx and a speed spool tournamet and I can say I will be buying more lews I love it, it is so smooth and I herd the only difference ib the regular tournament and the tournament pro is just a couple pieces materials so I went with the regular tournament

I loved my 735c champion before I broke it, I broke it in a boat cleat so it was totally my fault not the rods, and i just ordered a 734c to replace it i went one power down because it was a very stout rod i still loved it and plan on getting another one but I wanted a more versatile rod right now.

Ya I've been thinking all day and I'm goin with one power less and sticking with champion series if rods I might get a savvy to replace my veritas

What is your favorite or most successful jig color? I personally like natural colors like green pumpkin, sometimes with a little orange or yellow in it. Im just looking for more color combos to tie or try.
