I don't understand why getting the flu shot isn't the most important thing everyone does? It does not cover every strain of the flu just the strains they design it for or what strains of flu they think will be the worst that particular year... Some years it doesn't work but if it works once every 10 years I'm running to get my shot every year!

So how many days did you end up letting it set in the primary? 10? I only ask because if it wasn't 100% done you may have made a nice batch of bottle bombs

Check out Longs resort in grove. We used to stay there wen I was a kid and my dad stayed a few years ago. It's a decent place with cabins, covered crappie dock and a boat ramp and the office was a small marina geared towards the crappie guys. My x girlfriends parents have a house with a ski boat, bass boat and jet skis so I've spent lots of time on that lake my whole life I just hope that it doesn't skunk me again.

That's a good looking kit, I'm guessing they say primary for 7-10 days and secondary for the remainder of a month then bottle for 2 weeks then drink? Are you using a carboy for a primary? It's cool to be able to see the yeast working... If you have any questions just ask, I love to talk beer!
