Bass And Flw On A Jersey
you can put both on your shirt and if you fish a bass open or the flw series they will simply ask that you cover up the other badge with a piece of tape. Simple because they prefer not to have the other badge show up in their pictures. So go for it!

Need Northern Open Co-Angler to Link
I am signed up for all 3 of the 2016 Northern Opens. I am in need of a co-angler who wants to link. It will secure both of our spots but we need to do it by the end of Feb. If you are planning on fishing the Northern Opens as a Co and are in need of a Pro link, please contact via p.m., respond to this thread or call me at 616-337-7988. Thanks

Where To Start?
I register for events as soon as registration opens. Some people wait as long as they can to register. so personal preference will prevail on that. just keep in mind that on the co angler side most events fill up pretty early. Also you may want to throw in some bfl events, its much cheaper than open and everstarts so your money will last a bit longer and its the "normal" progression through the ranks. just my 2 cents, good luck

Fizzing Bass During Tournament
Most of the fish I have had to fizz have been from 15 ft or more of water but I have had a few from as shallow as 8 feet that needed it. I always check the live well a few mins after putting a fish in to make sure its upright no matter how deep the water is. though prob not necessary on shallow fish but its habit now.

Bank Pond Fishing
I was going to say senkos, b/c they do catch a lot of fish in many situations, but since you took that off the table I would have to recommend a spinner bait. they are great b/c they can be fished shallow or deep, fast or slow and they go through weeds great. the next best option for general all around use would be a swim jig. good luck

Soft Plastic Storage
I use gym bags to store the original packages. I write on the outside of the gym bag a general term for what type of plastics are inside i.e. "tube", "worm", "craw" so all my packages of tubes are in the tube gym bag, all my packages of worms are in the worm gym bag, ect. It makes finding what I am looking for easier, then inside each bag they are organized by size and within each size the colors are organized. so when I unzip the worm bag for example the shorter worms are (4 inch senko's) are at one end organized by color (I use r.o.y.g.b.i.v. but customize to your liking), all the way through working up to the 14" worms at the other end. so when I grab the bag I have a general idea on which end of the bag to start looking based on what size I want. Of course if you don't have enough room in your boat just downsize to carry a couple packs of each onboard and keep the rest at the house and restock the boat after each trip. I have been using this system for about 3 years now and have found it very helpful. But on tournament day I already know what I want to throw and keep 2 packs of what I want to throw in my cooler to make things even faster. Just an idea, good luck
