I went last weekend and caught 5 on a 3/8 ounce rattle trap.Only had one and hung it up and lost it.That is all they would hit,Threw everything i had with no luck.Stocked up on them now.All spots no Greenies or Brownies.

I use Rage all the time,Well made high quality.I think the coffee scent makes a difference too.

I went tonight here in Springfield and meet Edwin Evers and some local pros.Not a huge crowd but had some really good seminars.They had a good question and answer after wards.Edwin is a stand up guy and great for the sport.Stocked up on some Rage tails,line and Hooks.One thing you get more one on one with smaller crowds.

Rage Bug and Rage Craw has killed for me on the rivers.Used on a rage rig it cuts my hang ups way down.It pops right out of 90 percent of snags.Swim jig and a swimbait trailer works good too.

Get some 14 lb Trylene Xt and practice with that.Works great in a bait caster and really good line.Set your tension on your reel were your bait falls slow but steady.I dont what your action your rod is,but a medium would be a good choice.A 3/8 ounce spinnerbait is good to practice with enough weight but not over powering.

10 years ago the one here in Springfield had Factory Reps every place,They even had a few shuttle cars for the parking lot.Now its just a few guys standing around the fish tank.But one good thing you can talk to the pros alot easier.Johnny keeps raising his prices for sure.Isnt like it used to be.
