i use a quantumn esclade reel with 14# triline xl on a 7ft mh kvd rod

just picked up a silvermax for my crankbait rod and although its at the near bottom of there lineup i love it im looking forward to xmas to get a revo, quantumn is nice out of the box but now there showin wear with only 2 seasons and my pinnacle is still going good but will replace the pinnacle with the revo

i have 2 one a nitrious combo from dicks and a esclade from dicks they get used hard every day and no problems with them im waiting for the esclade to go on clearence get another one

went to cabelas yesterday for the first time very nice store with hte mountain scene and africa scene decent selection of stuff pricey plus me sales tax is high not as good as bass pro shops i still like dicks over all three stores

went ou tin the downpours yesterday and glad i did caught 3 nice larrys with a red rattletrap and several smaller ones on a senko was worth it getting soaked imo

had mine for 2 weeks now caught about 15 fish on it using it as my weightless senko rod love it got 12# mono on it

i try to use all kinds after reading all the threads on here floro braid superlines all the pros say use this use that but i always end up going back to triline xl up here in the north it works the best for me in the places i fish the xl armor coat is too stiff just plain in expensive triline xl is my favorite

i use berkley 100% for my crankbaits and triline xl for everything else even frogs and topwater

i know triumph is low end but i like mine

got a shock rod today med action 6ft 6in for the price (40$) not a bad rod at all i like it

who says fishing is not a rough sport went to set the hook yesterday and lost my balance slipped and fell landed on a stump sticking out of the ground nasty gash and bruise all on my left side boy did that hurt its a nasty deal whats the worst injury you ever had fishing?
