  1. I picked up a DT 10 in bluegill on Friday. Gave it a try on Sunday, but the bass weren't interested. I agree that the quality is really great, i feel like the quality on these is up there with the $15+ cranks.
  2. Attached the pic, see if this works.
  3. I'm on the board, caught a 6 pounder this morning!
  4. Sorry for the crappy pic, I took it quick to get her back in the water. For scale, i wear a size 13.
  5. Went out this morning and was bouncing a strike king football jig with a rage craw trailer all around a submerged boulder about10-15 yards off the bank when I got whacked by a 22" largemouth, It was a fat female so I figure 6-7 pounds? What do you guys think? I have a pic on my phone, so I'll see what I can do to get it up here! Either way it beats my previous PB by about x3. I'm stoked!
  6. I like Bill Dance, City Limits (with Ike), and the Bass Pro's. Can't watch Jimmy Houston for more than 2 minutes, the giggling drive me nuts.
  7. I haven't caught any largemouth bass yet, I fish from the bank and its been a little to cold for them to come up shallow yet. Caught a striper in january off the surf though.
  8. You really wouldn't be wasting your $$$ if you picked up some of each, they're both great baits.
  9. I can't speak to the action, but based on a google image search, Strike king makes a 3 in. trailer that looks similar the Bitsy Craw. There are a few on the BPS site actually, check em out. I like NetBait's paca chunk for a trailer if you want to give something different a shot.
  10. 1) Zoom Flukes 2) Power worms 3) Paca chunk as a jig trailer
  11. They're great with a super fluke.
  12. I like to use small inline spinners like Mepps and Panter Martins (most tackle shops sell kits with a few different colors, so you can see what works best in your stream), and floating trout dough, like powerbait.
  13. Thanks for the warm welcome guys
  14. You bring banannas on your boat !!????!!!!???
  15. Nothing beats a buttered roll and a sugar-free energy drink at 0:Dark-Thirty on your way to go fishing. I usually bring a quick check sub on the boat or to the shore.
  16. The winter flounder season is coming up in NJ. Anyone here going for black backs?
  17. My first choice is Ramsey Outdoor (an NJ store), but their selection is weak in some areas so as a backup I go with BPS (online) because of thier selction.
  18. I save the UL setup for trout.
  19. Hey guys, I've been reading the forums for a while and decided to sign up. I've fished salwater for a long time and started bass fishing last spring. I do most of my fishing from the bank and like to throw cranks, jerkbaits, jigs and plastics. From spring to fall I make it a point to have a line in the water (fresh or salt) at least once a week. When I'm not fishing for bass I go for trout, stripers, summer flounder and bluefish.
