Adding a ribbon tail worm like a culprit or power worm, blue flake, red shad or black shad color. And maybe zoom trick worms or berkley bottom hopper. My suggestions for saving $ is looking for smaller tackle/bait companies like bitters or big bite bait, their products work just as good or better than zoom and GYB and last a few more fish.

The bullpen is pretty much set, they were good last year, they will be good this year too. So no, dispite the fact we have a mediocre Offense the GM and owner think we are good to go. SMH.

Spider Wire EZ Braid is $10 bucks, the associate at basspro recommended it to me. said it was decent and for the price a good one to learn on. I just started using braid myself in the spring, still use mono on my main rod. I started with braid straight to lures but found a leader to be much easier, especially with treble hooks. I use 10# mono leader to 20# braid, matching diameter as some people recommend. I use this with top water poppers, grubs, a few shallow cranks, suspending and soft jerk baits and soft swim baits.
