When To Fish A Fluke..
Hmmmm when to fish a fluke? How about everyday. I wouldn't get to carried away with the colors. I have great success with any of the white or pearl variations.

Pink Fireline
X2 Did a google search as you probably already did and looks like it was discounted around 08-09. Ever think about coloring white braid with a pink marker or sharpie? Might be a PIA but worth it for the lady. Actually that might turn white braid red I dunno. Maybe you could look at a color wheel and find out what two colors make pink and find a braid in one color and match with a sharpie of the other.

Zoom Fluke On Baitcasting Setup
Last year I spent alot of time and money trying to configure a baitcasting setup to throw flukes. I found a 50e and loomis imx 783 do a great job at it but have since started throwing them predominantly on a spinning setup. Go figure.

Bearing Sizes For Quantum Code Cd870Cxb & Lew's®
Check or call bocabearings if if you can't find it there or get your answer here you can always buy a cheap pair of vernier calipers and measure the inside, outside diameter and width and find a comparable bearing. I take the measurements 10 times for each spec and take the average. The bearings are sized in millimeters.

Tackle Warehouse Reel Shipping?
All I've ever order from them was rods and I'm clear across the country. They send them in a solid tube and I've never had a problem. I'm sure a reel would be packaged just as well.

Pollin And Braid
It's spring and there is pollin everywhere. Its clumping like wet cotton all over my braid and hampering casting distance as it gets jammed through the rod guides. I usually try and pick it off that works with varying success or I cut the line and reel it off through my thumb. Does anyone have a better method to deal with this issue?

Bad Shimano Experience
I fished a few weeks ago in a off and on down pour. No problems; was using a symetre fl. My curado was on the ground getting dumped on still smooth like butter baby lol.

Abu Cardinal Sx40 Vs. Pflueger Trion 4740
As mentioned above I might go a size or two smaller. I currently have a trion and had a cardinal (only reason it's out of commission is I tinkered with it) honestly I'd say go with whatever one feels better to you. I might have to give the nod to the pflueger for its drag though.

Clearwater Rocky Bottom...
I like to have two poles readys for that situation. 1. A jerk bait usually soft. 2. Some type of craw bait (football head, tube, etc) that way I can cover much of the water colum and see where the bites at. I'm usually beating the bank and that can get me bit and if not ill change the two rods to something completely different example shallow crank and dropshot. Good luck in the tournament

Most Effective Bait On Windy Days
^^^^ see above great suggestions. 1/4oz grub bounced/dragged sometimes with a spinner if the waters stained or the suns down.
