Same here. I have found some of the stores if you call them, have a brick and mortor store & will take a debit card over the phone. Just a thought.

I'll start off by saying I have the brand already picked out I just have a few questions I need. I haven't used spinner baits very often. I want to get into running them more as a different option to jigs in the cover I fish. I just don't know what the best action length and weight is. I know a 4 or 5 gear feels better to me. So question is what's the best length, action and weight for spinnerbaits if I were going to have a dedicated set up. Thanks

They are no doubt d**n good rods for the money. I decided last year to switch to all one brand and style of rod. They were my #2 rod. I like a thick backbone on my rod and they didn't have it. I went with the verities instead. That said, I may get one some day. They are worth every penny

I have 2 revo STX gen 2's and the new S. the S gets used more and makes it way to the lake more often. I love mine. It's very smooth, a dream to cast, light weight and it looks sweet too. For the price you can't beat it.

Lake Bell Cow over by chandler. It's a bit of a drive, 40 minutes etc, but the entire east end of the lake is crystal clear where as the west end is Typical dirty OK water. Cost is only 3 bucks a day to fish.

For me, the areas where I fish cranks is super clear. I use fluoro as it has less stretch than mono and disappears.

I'm in the OKC area and would be interested as well.

If we are supposed to check it, why has it not been updated? I have completed 12 transactions on this forum all perfect and sent the PM's to the guy and not one has been added. I check every so often and nothing. The thread hasn't been updated since August of 2010. The guy hasn't been online since May of this year?

In 2002, I was working traffic assisting another agency on a fatality accident. Dude was drunk, hit a guard rail and shot through the window of his car. Landed on his front side and slid about 100 feet. Forgot about the audio on the other agencys patrol vehicle. (we didn't have them). I walked up and looked the guy over. Without missing a beat I threw my arms out and yelled "Safe". We both got a good laugh until about 6 months later we got to watch it again..........On camera, with the victims family watching......with my boss watching.........in court...... 2 years later I was taking photos of a sucide scene. Dude sat down indian style and discharged a shotgun.....Gory stuff aside there was a mess. Phone starts ringing........I holler to my partner (my supervisior) "hey pull bobs lips off the ceiling and answer the phone" We both could not breath or talk for about 5 minutes from the laughter. We hear some crying and the guys daughter was outside and heard me.... I grew up since then and now have the filter between my brain and my mouth!

Even if money wasn't an option I can't ever see spending more than 100-150 on a rod period. I use a 7'11" H/F Veritas. Can't think of a better rod for the pitching I do.

I havent gotten any hair jigs yet as I am lazy, but I have been using the Black Series from NS. Insanity with a "California" Pit boss, moving very slow as been the only thing to produce any bass for me since its gotten cold.
