Went to bass pro yesterday and bought It walk of,the store and,reliazed that its a teloscope rod! Was very upset so i retunrned it. Went,down to gander which wad haveing a sale i,got a 7'9 mojo bass swimbait rod for 100 dollars.

How do you guys break down a new pond that you go to? sunken holes , rock piles , sunken logs, brush piles etc. also find some difference in the pond structure? for me its a jig but it takes me awhile from shore.

Yeah had a 5 pounder croak on me it was a hot day. Fought her on light tackle and she just couldnt get it back. Doesnt feel,good but it happens

Swok jigs, shakey heads and jerk baits. Maybe a swim bait or 3

yeah they act like bass! im saying the list of baits i provided is where i stay and don't get to complicated, if i do get new baits i want to try i do. I'll throw it when i think it will work. i dont pick up the newest and greatest lures that's just silly. yesterday i went and got a bunch of beetle spins But my weakness is soft plastics ill buy them whenever for no reason.

If i see them ill try them. By the end of tjis winter i think those will be the only things i haven't bought
