Best Beginner Baitcaster Braid?
Being only 15, I have a budget but I WANT/NEED to switch to braided line.. I just think all the styles I fish and ways would help me land more fish.. I'm using, jigs, wacky worms, and jerkbaits on this pole.. Any favorite brands, styles and please leave poundage numbers which would suit me best..! P.S are these braids any good? http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/125-yds-cajun-guard-cajun-braid-braided-line.aspx?a=650739 http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/zebco-primeaux-braid-cajun-line.aspx?a=970396

I'm A Musky Newbie, And Help Needed!
Another question for you here, I was musky fishing with a guy the other day using a classic abu combo setup, and he told me to turn my drag up, all the way, where my star drag took tons of preassure to tighten.. Is this true that a musky can pull it out? or is there another way to go?

Monofilament
I'm 15, and cheap, and i've been using 12b mono for everything, cranks, jerks, and wacky riggs, and ive never had a break off on hookset or anything. It will do you good if you use it, but definitly braid or fluro if you can afford it.

You Guys Ever Have Days Where You Fish For 2-4 Hours Without A Bite?
If they dont want my spinnerbait, go to a crankbait, go to jerkbait, then if it goes down drain go to soft plastics and lots of mt. dew and loud music. lol

Newbie Questions
Best go to lures that will ALWAYS catch fish, Spinnerbait w/ trailor hook, wacky worm, and minnow looking jerkbaits. A fish will always bite one of those if presented right... If not sure where the fish are, try scent on everything because its one extra thing a fish will pickup on and locate your bait/lure.

Favorite Way To Fish Worms
Texas with a 1/16th weight or a 1/8th max. or a weightless wacky worm, but only downside to wacky worm is you can lose trhe worms easly..

Braided Line, Fluro, Mono?
Would it be a bad idea to have a 15lb braid, with a 8lb fluro leader of maybe 3 ft? If I were to get snagged uner a rock with a crankbait could i pull on the line and only lose the 2ft #8 fluro leader?.. I'm only thinking the fluro leader because it'll make my cranks and suspending jerkbaits deper along with wacky rigs
