  1. Finally had time for this project. Started off finding the midline of the boat. A length of braid line tied to the rear set post, ran all the way to the nose whilst going over the center of the front deck seat post hole. Masked out the template. Measured, remeasured, adjusted, remeasured, and measured for the last time. Then, a perfectly good hole in the deck of my boat. Hope I didnt mess up. Time for a victory bottle of suds. I finished the Ommegang while the little lady ran to Lowes for a longer drain tube. Drilled my holes, ran the drain hose, buttoned her down. Deployed the TM to find the best angle for the cable. Didnt want a hard twist or bind. I had to cut through one and a half braces, flooring still seems very sturdy. Not a hard project. And will be very well worth it. I also put the cover/shield back on my gas tank. Trimmed 1/3 of it off so the gas line would be in a good position, and not pinched.
  2. Don't worry Curt... you are well below the rating.
  3. I have a old school crucial thats rated for inches... not weight. Lol
  4. I got a 4 pack of Cloud Hopper by Freestate. Way too hoppy for me. Gonna try some new this weekend.

  6. Friend races vintage dirt bikes. Races in LA, MO, KY, TX, OK, KS, IL. Old man can race!!
  7. Ommegang Brewery Witte, Agave Wheat, New Belgium Snapshot and Sunshine. Just a few Ive had. Still no dice finding Oberon and Gumballhead. Seems like Kansas is pretty bland.
  8. When is the new stuff ICast lineup going to be available?
  9. No prob. Thought it might have helped
  10. Send me your addy, I got a TM mount that's not doing anything.
  11. Look at if you have room for the PP pumps too.
  12. Majority of pro boats all have a 36v system, batteries in the rear. Add a full tank of gas, power poles, big 250hp motor, full livewell. Thats alot of weight back there
  13. Have a brew for me Curt!
  14. I wouldn't do the 36v system on a tin. That's alot of weight with 4 batteries. A 80lb 24v system would be a good upgrade over the 65lb you had. I have a 798 HD SI that I turn. If you wanted to, another base and transducer on the bow and just move the unit via quick disconnected RAM mount.
  15. "Zoom Horny Toad Hooks" They are made from a Gammy hook. http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTgjJLb3l5HGIZJt70E-DLSrLOjQ-nHLfNw9DmkAZFLyQhAqlvm
  16. Havent been out there in a month or so. I had success with Shakeyhead, Finesse Jig, TRig.
  17. Ill go off the norm here. Safety. Clear safety glasses. Why you ask, you cant see that lure flying back at you on a missed hookset. Vision shouldnt be took for granted.
  18. Cabin I stayed in at Wilson had a fullsize, pulldown hideaway, and a futon. Throw in a airbed and could get 4
  19. Besides, cars with Yakima bars look badass! I had a Yakima on my Subie. Loved it!
  20. Lock n Haul, Motormate, same thing. When used, both will completely lock the outboard in place.
  21. If the motor stiks are letting the motor turn back and forth they arent working properly
  22. Getting a motor support/transom saver that works will stabilize.
  23. They arent cheap, but its cheaper than damaging the motor support, transom, or something else
  24. Transporting live bait, illegal in KS. Be sure to check local laws
