How far out you getting 1/4oz and 3/8 crankbaits with them?

So I'm strictly an Abu guy, I own everything from a Revo S to an LTZ. I want to buy a finesse type baitcaster but the closest thing Abu Has is the LT, LTX and LTZ and they don't hold enough line that i'd personally like for throwing small crankbaits. I'm thinking about a Chronarch 51e or Core 51MG. How do the two compare to each other? Does the Core cast further? Edit: BTW its getting paired with a XC72MM with .28mm (12lb) Invisx

I'm thinking about picking a few packs of these up for my swim jigs. How do you guys prefer to rig them? Tail flat like crawfish pincers? or sideways like a fishes tail?

Lol I'm a firm believer of "If it isn't broken don't fix it". Plus it was my first "big boy" purchase when I was 13 years old so it has sentimental value aswell.

Well I'm a cheap wretched when it comes to my cell phone, I've had the same one since '99 and refuse to pay $60+ for a smart phone plan. Plus my personal boat its tiny and I can only have so much stuff on it and still be comfortable standing on it, let alone taking a selfy of a fish I caught. But hopefully next year ill have new bass boat and mark my word ill catch another one to prove it.

I honestly think the SM 9.13LB Ontario record will be broken soon. Guys that fish tournaments are getting 20-25lb daily bags regularly now (especially on Lake Simcoe and Rice lake). Heck I was .8oz short of tying the record just this year alone.

I usually don't take pics because 90% the time I fish alone, but last weekend I went out with my buddy and he caught a 6 1/2 lber - Not uncommon on the lake we fish. Now the biggest LMB we catch around here are 7-8lbs max. Btw: I use a Boga grip if anyones wondering. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

If you have a mig welder then all the power to you, but if you don't like most people there is a product called Duraweld (or something close to it). You need a small propane torch and it works a lot like soldering.

A few days ago a friend of mine, his dad and his brother did a boat on boat tourney (Me and Him vs His bro and dad) He caught his PB Smally (5 1/2 lbs) and as soon as we netted it he was like I'm keeping it, then I told him I'd punch him in the jaw if he did so he threw it back at the end of the day.

If you like fishing worms, try out the Netbait T-Mac - Great durability, they're cheap and they work. Then again all Net bait products do.

Are you guys looking for an actual flat deck bass boat? or just a boat in general? New/Used? If used a good option can be buying a 16 foot jon boat and making you own casting deck and wiring all the goodies on your own. Check out you tube.

Looking to spend up too 30k before tax/extra's. What I have in mind are the Stratos VLO 189 and Nitro Z7. Anyone have any good/bad things to say? Or even other suggestions about a different boat manufacturer.

A good all around crankbait rod is the LTB78MHM. Its good for crankbaits as small as a 1.5 KVD Squarebill but can also handle a SK 6XD. I have this rod paired with an Abu Garcia Gen 3 winch. I also have a LXC72MM for smaller crankbaits such as the 1.0 KVD Squarebills and SK 3XD's. I also pair it with a Abu Garcia Gen 3 Winch.
