I'm old school and prefer full cork. My St Croix Legend Elite 6' 10" MLXF fills the bill.

Flukes. There are times when I know I could catch more on a tube or jig, but weightless flukes are just so fun to fish.

I had no problems with the Suffic Advance 6 in riprap the other day. Casting jigs to riprap is all we fished all day.

I used 6# Sufix Advanced Mono the other day on my Croix 6' 8" ESMXF and it performed very well. Handled about 50 times better than the Tatsu #8 I had on the other rod.

If the fish don't like it you can always catch the neighbor kid.

Berkley Sensation in the high-vis colors is quite good.

The tip is pretty soft.
