. What technique do you use each set up for?

I have one little spot about halfway up the rod on mine, so far it hasnt affected the rod as far as I can see...

I bought a veritas back during the classic, so far I like it, I have had no problems with an I have caught some hawgs with it!

I have had the same thing happen to me a couple of times!

I bought one during the classic and so far I love it! I'm young and broke and didn't really want to spend the money but I'm glad I did! It smooth and solid and I have caught some monsters on it! I would definitely recommend it.

. Man.... She's already taking all my lures, I'll reach into my tackle box to get one and I look up and she's over the casting it. She tends to stick to bright colors because I guess she likes shiny things and because they're "pretty."

Hey y'all! My girlfriend likes to fish with me and up until now she has has been using one of my spinning reels. I am looking at getting her a fishing pole but I just don't know what to get her. I think she would be able to handle a baitcaster but she also isn't the most patient thing in the world an I don't want her frustrated and complaining while were trying to fish. I was just curious what some of y'all wives/girlfriends have if they even fish with y'all? Thanks y'all!

For me, the warmer the water the wide the wobble. The fish will go the extra distance to get a meal when it is warmer water. The colder the water the tighter the wobble. Fish are lazy and sluggish in cold water they don't want to have to chase down a meal!!

I like swivels they make changing lures so much easier... But I hooked into something today that bent my heavy duty swivel straight, let's just say I'll be back to that pond tomorrow to catch the culprit!

Hey y'all! So I will be heading down to new Smyrna here in a couple weeks for a little vacation. I looked on google maps at the place we are staying at and noticed it had some small canals behind it. The canals break off in every direction and eventually open up into the ocean several miles down the road. I was wondering if I fished the canals what kind of fish I could expect to catch?
