  5. haha i love it "please....dont text and Fish" good **** man
  6. ya i put a few layers on as well and head out on the ice for some fishin!
  7. During the winter months i like to review my fishing maps, search the web for new ffishing tips, organze my tackle a thousand times, and practice my casting simply by tying a weight at the end of my line and casting at different targets in the garage. Its nothing like being on the water, but hey it works. Right now it seems like winter will never leave Iowa or anywhere els so im still doing my pre fish if you will. What does everyone els do during the winter months to stay conditioned for the begining of Bass Season.?
  8. Ive had some of my best days using a Chrome blue bleeding shad. The blood spots really seem to set them off! Good luck and good fishing friend!
  9. Wont be able to make it this year, bit cant wait for next years trip! Ready to meet new people and catch some fish!
  10. Hey everyone, my name is Gordy and im from Iowa. Whenever im not busy at work or at home, im usually on the water fishing. Im an auto mechanic for a Chevy dealership and a volunteer Firefighter/First Reponder for my home town. Not real big into cat fishing or pan fishing. But i love to fish for Bass, Walleye, and Northern. Mostly on the week nights i stick close to home and fish local lakes and ponds, but on the weekends i head north to the Mississippi River in Wisconsin and camp and fish all weekend. I like to ice fish throughout the winter, but prefer to be in the boat for the other three seasons. I joined Bass Resource to learn some new tips and tricks and to meet people who share my love for fishing. Sadly i think my theme song is "I'm Gonna Miss Her" by Brad Paisley haha! Thanks for having me and Happy Fishing to all.
