  1. Whats the best way to get a sponsor? Because creme lures seems to have interest in me and even gave my 5 lb bass some fame on facebook. Does that mean if i keep it up that theyll consider me a sponsorship if needed?
  2. Go with a buzz bait. Popprs can do the job early in the morning.
  3. Went at 9:00 pm yesterday. It was amazing.
  4. When i fish for bluegill i like a challenge. So i set my drag really low. Does anybody else do this?
  5. thanks that explains why one of those close to two pounds grabbed my swimbait when i was bass fishing.
  6. Nice pickerel! Mines a bit short of that, im starting to go pickerel fishing more often
  7. Any mini tube or small crappie grub gives me the best results. Actually i even catch them on spoons and rooster tails.
  8. That should work and the scent shouldnt be a problem
  9. I use mine for bass, pickerel, panfish and perch. Theyre not just for light tackle thats a myth, considering that their the best striper reels.
  10. I would recommend an abu garcia cardinal reel with either a pinnacle rod or daiwa rod.
  11. Get a pinnacle. I had a pinnacle reel for my first baitcaster and it was an easy and cost effective cast.
  12. Nice fish, i wish i could fish at that lake
  13. The water i fish has some fish over 5 lbs. i caught one of them just cant seem to redo it.
  14. Trilene/ spiderwire are my favorites. Spiderwire for baitcasting and trilene for spinning.
  15. Yum, zoom, creme, strikeking, and powerbait are all my favorite. Honestly i havent used a soft plastic that hasn't worked for me. Every bait is good for different conditions. Also get some frogs and swimbaits. Good luck!
  16. Dark colored senkos, black soft plastics, any dark lure.
  17. I prefer using backpacks actually. Its just very convenient being able to have everyting organized and on you. Tackle bags are good to though.
  18. Pretty much all i use is plastics. They should be fished around weeds, timber, and in the bass nests. Alot of times it actually depends on the color and size of your lure on any particular day. Good luck!
  19. Great day to start off the summer season. I had six largemouth bass off of zoom and creme lures. All of them were over 12 inches which is nice. I took my younger brother with me and he caught 3 bass. hes a novice so i take him as much as i can. I got one bass on a matzuo kroaker frog, very exciting. Overall today's trip was really fun and a great experience for my brother.
  20. I fish the same, ponds and such. I find that finesse and soft plastics work very well. Summer time i use frogs also which produce some big bass.
  21. I always use my red vmc hooks no problem. I actually prefer them in cedar water.
  22. As long as the dont melt in the sun and arent flavored theyll last a couple of years. The flavors like on yum or powerbait can wear out and the material gets stale.
  23. Hey guys, personally i like creme lures. Whats your opinions?
  24. Hey i just started fishing for pickerel so i need advice. What are the best baits for them?
