  1. Must be something. Fish Arrow in Japan has their version coming this way. Get this - it's called the Heavy Poop 3.6 ?? At least it has some craw pincers...
  2. If you look at the bait, I would say the name is accurate...
  3. I guess I have been living under a rock, but this bait is always out of stock and when it is in stock, they sell out immediately. If you have used them, please let me know how they are used. I assume it's a full sized TRD type of bait (in looks anyway).
  4. Zoom Super Fluke on the Hog Farmer stand up head. If you want a meatier profile, the Hog Farmer Spunk Shad is awesome as well on the same head.
  5. As I do on almost every soft weedless swimbait, I bend the hook up slightly.
  6. I like the new VMC Crossover Ring. It has two hook holes so you can rig it vertically (Neko) of horizontally (Wacky)
  7. Tree lines and grass line edges. Make sure you are using a trailer of some kind - either craw or baitfish depending on what is there.
  8. Compact - Menace vertically Bulky - Hog Farmer Spunk Tail Shad
  9. Biffle Bug Keitech Crazy Flapper Geecrack Bellows
  10. 8 ft - Heavy Fast blank for jig hook soft swimbaits. I'm thinking 10 guides minimum. Thanks!
  11. Two things I really like about them is that I can mix/match skirts and the one thick tentacle is to rig your jig head weedless.
  12. Medium - it's going to get hammered.
  13. I have been trying to convince myself to do this for pitching and flipping so I don't have to switch hands.
  14. I 100% believe you but for me it was just the opposite since I hold the rod in my right hand and I'm right-handed. It was just easier to control the tempo and the strength of the wrist snaps.
  15. I used them them about 10 days ago. Worked perfectly and saved me a lot of baits. As I said above, the best thing is the dual hole pattern to rig it different ways. Only thing I didn't like was if it was a tight fit, it took two hands to get the spreader out.
  16. I've pitched and flipped the Bug with some success but best results have been with the hardhead and fish it like a squarebill.
  17. Rig it vertically on a 1/8 oz jig head and swim it. Also works vertically on an underspin.
  18. The chart was pretty accurate for me. Of course other brands of baits differ in thickness so as cheap as they are, I bought a pack of each size. I really like the option of rigging horizontal for wacky and vertical for Neko with the same ring.
  19. Rod Warrior neoprene covers are the best I have used. https://rodwarriorusa.com/
  20. I remember in the glory days of Lake Fork when the Gene Larew 6" Hawg Craw was THE bait.
  21. Bagley Small Fry but change the hooks.
  22. Trokar Pro V Flippin Hook. I think it used to called the Big Nasty and it is!
  23. Keitech Crazy Flapper for a lot of noise. Rage Menace for something a little more subtle.
