Not at all. In fact, like BlueBasser said, having them hang free and open keeps them dry and aired out; skirts nice etc... I made that out of J-Channel used for siding and liquid-nailed it to the underside of the lid. I hate to take away from the manufactured ones but I got the j channel free from a builder buddy of mine, drilled the holes and 20 minutes later have a spinnerbait rack.

I went out this past Sunday 7th, 2.5 weeks after having my tricep re-attached to my elbow. My wife said I'm crazy but I felt ok. It was some of the most fun I've had fishing recently to be honest. A little uncomfortable but it was just nice to get out. We caught the bejeeses outta them too.....one armed.

I just sold my G21 to get a 9. After owning a Sigma, I'm not really a S&W guy anymore. I know the M&P is probably better than the Sigma was but it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I've owned many Glocks and they are a fine gun too; so I'm torn between a G17 and the new H&K VP9. Anyone have a VP9?

^^^^That is a good way to diag for spark but be sure you have no residual gas hanging around in the base of the motor cowling. I would really recommend fixing the fuel leak before you go any further with anything; that may be your whole problem.

A lot of marine engines use a "surface gap" plug for clearance reasons. Although they are not "marine" specific, they are the correct plug for the engine. I run NGK in my Merc. NGK or Nippendenso are good brands but the most important thing is to get the correct plug for the engine. You have to have the correct length, thread, gap etc...

I use window units and, even in Maine, I put them in around May 1st. We all like being comfortable and when its hot and sticky, no one is happy. We all have a little allergy to pollen so I like to keep the windows closed and use ac. As mentioned above, it also keeps the mold away and I really feel we are healthier with a closed, air conditioned house than with windows open or high humidity.

I'll never not have a si unit. I dont use it to directly find fish but to find structure, therefore finding fish. I now have hundreds of waypoints on my home lake so I always have spots.

Doing much better now. I had the cast removed, the 17 staples out: Cleaned up a bit and now Im in this brace for the next 4 weeks. It has stoppers to limit the angle I can bend. Its set at 90 degrees for 2 weeks, then I can adjust it to 100 for a week, then 110 for the last week. Then it comes off and I should be able to start PT. My wife thinks Im crazy but I think I can reel like this...

I see them sold out everywhere. Anyone finding them? (anyone who doesn't want them that is...)
