Scrounger / Tremor Head.. question
From my experience the worst line twists occur with this lure when you let it fall on slack, like you would when you're ledge fishing. I've tried multiple heads and lures and haven't found a solution. Has anyone solved this riddle? I've had good success on it but it absolutely wreaks havoc on my line.

Ned Rig Vs. Shakeyhead
There are several ways to fish a Ned Rig, as there are a typical shakey head, but I simply look at it as the most "finessey" version of a shakey head as possible. The only distinction I can make between when to fish one over the other is related to cover and water clarity, perhaps. If the water is dirty, I might prefer a larger profile bait than a T.R.D for instance. And if there is a lot of cover, more specifically wood and weeds, I'd probably recommend something without an exposed hook, like the Ned Rig. Just my two cents, hope this helps.

If You Could Only Have One Type Of Soft Plastic.
This is a tough one but I'd have to go with a stick bait of some sort. Just a very versatile fish catcher.

Rage Craws
I was looking at the RT Lobster long and hard the last time I picked up some RT craws and decided against it but with all of the love they get here on this website, I'll probably have to reconsider sometime soon.

Rage Craws
I agree! Switching to the rage tail craw this year has changed the football (jig) game for me! If only it wouldn't of taken so long to figure this out. What is everyone's favorite color(s)? I'm loving me some Dirty Craw recently.

Some Of My Custom Airbrushed* Crank Baits
Personally I think they're all great in they're own right. I'd be dang proud of those if I could produce that type of paint job. Some feint vertical stripe on that second bluegill pattern would be money! Great work BassAssassin!

Skirt Making
I second this but there are several others out there. The living rubber company or even Tackle Warehouse has a solid selection.

What's Your "go To" Worm?
The Strike King Ocho (Honey Candy) worked wonders for me at Kentucky Lake last month. Other than that, the 10" Berkley power worm in Tequila Sunrise is the lure that got me into bass fishing many moons ago.

Denali Kovert?
Just to echo what the others are saying, the Kovert's are definitely nice. I have the 7'2" MH casting rod and really enjoy it. Having said that, I'd be lying if I said that I haven't thought, "Man, that rod has a lot of guides" but nothing is sacrificed, especially sensitivity. This is corroborated by ***'s review done on the Kovert series a couple months back. Enjoy!

Catching Cold Water Bass
It's an intriguing jerkbait, for sure. I've got the "Juice" color and I've done decent on it. The picture on Tackle Warehouse doesn't do it justice though, Smithwick's website has a much more accurate depiction of the color. Regardless, there several classic colors that I'm sure would do the trick, black/chrome being one of them.
