  1. No, no,no, no, no!!! It's .38 Special & Marshall Tucker Band.. I'm being silly of course... Lived in and around Jax. Myself for a while.. Loved southern rock. That's what I've done for years, just take a portable player when fishing, ...out with family or friends, that's different..oh, you forgot, the Rossington-Collins band!
  2. I actually enjoyed the tournaments when Ray Scott ran them... Not so much these days.
  3. If it was a Glx, yes.. Otherwise, nope.. Was it on clearance? If so and it has a extra deduction then maybe.. Just depends I suppose
  4. I believe Patriots by 5, Wilson throws the ball away and will have a few picks.. No magic for Seattle this game... The Team magician is out with a defunct wand...
  5. Gary Cooper in " Sergeant York" Jimmy Stewart & John Wayne in " Who shot liberty valance" directed by John Ford.. Robert Powell in " Jesus of Nazareth"
  6. Yea, lol.. Whatever punishment the wife try's to deliver to you, it will be worth it!
  7. I drove 225 miles to see this rod.. ( amongst others) took my reel, line, tungsten... I'm glad I drove, rather than ordered online. The only rod that Shimano ( Loomis ) has me intrigued with would be the NRX, older imx, older glx... There are to many great rod products now to settle on shimano rods nowadays, IMO. Fwiw, I walked out with a used ( like new) glx rod w recoils,
  8. The countdown definitely looks interesting to me.
  9. Most seem to agree that St.Croix rods run a bit on the heavier side of the ratings, as it pertains to medium, medium heavy, heavy...
  10. Which "Cousin" rod do you own and use that you can expound upon?
  11. Yea, your right, been a bit quiet, soo, how about this... So now the footballs will be fully inflated, I believe security is about maxed out on that issue. If New England can't catch the Football's perhaps they may catch the measles, lol.. I hear it's spreading, not like Kraft mayo either...
  12. Yup, and a map too..
  13. My 7'11 Rage was $119.00 a couple years back, it is a very good rod @ that price, imo..
  14. Yea, I like it, all except 9 hooks, lol..
  15. That's funny, I remember hearing the same chatter in the late70's. But it was louisville, Ohio river, Kennedy bridge, lol .. I've seen Cat's over 100 pounds, and caught them myself to 70.. I don't know where that storyline started in America, but I've heard it a good deal.
  16. Killer color combo, around here it's dy-no-mite from say mid may to to late June.. July it still is effective late evening to, and after dark. During those time periods it's become slightly to moderately algae colored water... Plenty of Gill activity...
  17. Been there a few times with the wife & kiddos.. Great food, amazing views, great history, horseback riding, theme parks,(Dolly Land) lots of shops to walk around to.. There is a Bass Pro in Sevierville.. It's a blast...
  18. Enjoy the forums, Florida is a great state to live and fish in...
  19. Lord, what a Drum Kit! You imagine setting all those pieces up? Impressive...
  20. I wondered how long it would be, before Buddy's name came up! No doubt...
  21. I second the Avid, I think the rage is a decent stix too, I don't love the reel seat a lot though..
  22. Who is your favorite drummer? Who do you believe is the most technical? Who do you consider a very good "meat & potato's" drummer? Most intense? List the genre,it may or may not matter! 1. Neil Peart / Rush ,Rock 2. Randy Castillo, Ozzy Osbourne, Rock 3. The most intense award, for me has to probably go to Keith Moon of the Who... Those are my choices, who are yours?
  23. Congratulations! Safe travels...
  24. Yozuri hybrid is really manageable in #4&6, as well as, cxx #4&6, cx, is very manageable all the way up to #20 IMO.. Maxima line, Triplefish, all of these lines are manageable in low llb test, as well as still maintaining much of their "inherent characteristics" I've used these lines above, and believe you will have great success with any of those.. If I were to recommend just one, Yozuri Hybrid..
