  1. I will be there everyday. Its right in my hometown so I will definitely be there!
  2. I once got a tat. It was really painful with that cold water and it barely sticked. Then the next day when i decided to remove it I scrubbed so hard with the rag I got like a burn. Worst tat ever...
  3. I always keep the kill switch on me
  4. I have never tried it but it sounds like a legit idea!
  5. Yep Shanes baits are awesome! He won a co angler down here on Murray at Forrest Wood Cup. Hes a great guy I have met him before and the baits are spectatcular.
  6. My trolling motor went out this summer for about 2 weeks so I would just use the wind and drive to spots and anchor and fish a circle all around me. That was not something I would do again haha! I have an anchor in my boat because I striper fish too and it comes in handy.
  7. Here in South Carolina it dosent get too cold so mine may be too little for y'all but I usually put on a base layer which consists of long johns/thermal underwear whatever you wanna call them and an underarmour shirt. The second is my regular clothes which consists of my regular everyday Magellan fishing pants, t-shirt long sleeve or short sleeve, and wool socks. Then my last layer is a hoodie and sometimes my rain/warm suit. On my head I wear a hat and always a hoo rag. This helps me through a day on the water and always have some hot coffee!
  8. I have a buckeye and a lucky bucktail lure! I always carry it in my pocket not a luck thing its just what i do.
  9. I would go with the reverse leak thing. I have one of these for small ponds. Maybe post in the thread called "Pelican Bass Raider thread" or something like that. For me I would fill it full of water put it on some bricks off the ground and see where it leaks.
  10. I have a 15' and my rod rocker is plenty big enough! The livewell is kinda small. Its perfect for starting out on tournaments in a bigger boat. I have a 48 Evinrude and I can go 30 or so. it sounds like a nice boat
  11. Eco Pro Tungsten makes a nice one
  12. Exactly!! maybe split shot rig too. I use them only for drop shot and sometimes shakeyhead.
  13. I dont remember it but I have pics and stories. I dont still have that live bluegill My first artificial ever caught on I still have it. I have several lures with memories that I have "retired".
  14. Big Bite Baits!! also Berkeley Havoc. I really have favorite for each type of fishing(such as jig fishing is Greenfish Tackle and Siebert Outdoors, Topwater is Lucky Craft, and etc.) but overall its Big Bite Baits, Berkeley Havoc, and Greenfish Tackle.
  15. Probably be best if you just save up for a while and then buy one. Trust me, the longer you wait the better it is when you get it. I learned that.
  16. I would take the boat for sure.
  17. I know personally that I have had mine since 1986 not always owned by me owned by my grandpa until 2006 then sat out in the weather and everything else until I got it last summer. Its a 1986 48 Evinrude 2 stroke. It has always been on the same boat and taken care of except for those few years it just sat. Like someone else says it like a humans life. If you take care of it it will last. Of course every manufacturer is gonna come out with a bad motor every once in a while but... It is what it is. I would recommend 4 stroke but 2 stroke is also a great option.
  18. 0<x<10 greater than 0 less than 10 but really looks to be somewhere between 4-6.
  19. Awesome article! I really enjoyed that. Probably one of the best articles I have read!
  20. -Get better at crankbait fishing all around. -Win a school tournament -Learn slower fishing techniques -Catch more 5+ pounders -Catch some swimbait fish. I dont really like swimbaits... Not a strength for me...
  21. I absolutely hate the cold weather. The bass in my profile pic is my biggest I have ever caught in cold weather and I caught it last week. So that being said cold is probably worst for me. I like just about any other time. The worst I have ever been is in is lightning and hail. I made it back to my house and parked the boat at my dock and I had marble sized hail coming down on me!
  22. No, unfortunately I didn't. I wasn't fishing out of my boat so I had nothing.
  23. Yeah. I hate putting these post about weights on here but I want to know. I was guessing 4 or 4.5
  24. I was thinking the same thing. I will soon as I get home on my computer.
  25. I really hate doing this but I used a different boat and I didn't have my scale. How big do you think it is? It was caught out of Lake Russell in Georgia.
