I can't wait to see LeBron face Lance Stephenson again. This should be interesting.

NBA Playoffs
They've certainly looked like they could be susceptible to an upset. At the very least they've given teams like Boston, Washington and even Atlanta a reason to feel confident.

fav cheap polorized glasses
I found a pair of Storm polarized glasses at Wal-Mart for around $30. I really liked them for the short time I used them.

What do you do for a living?
I work for a wholesale glass distributor making insulated, double-paned windows exactly like the Anderson windows you'd find at Lowe's or Home Depot. Is it enjoyable? Not really. But I'm able to make a living and it funds all my shenanigans so it's alright.

NBA Playoffs
They can shoot the lights out for sure, and if they catch fire they can hang with any team in the league! Wall and Beal definitely make up an impressive back court. I think they are Cleveland's biggest threat in the east!

Ready for my next United Airlines Flight
You are right about this. I was referring to the insistence that this guy "got what he deserves" which is completely laughable.

Ready for my next United Airlines Flight
The fact is, if he wasn't going to be able to fly on that flight, he never should have been allowed to board and sit. That's not how the overbooking thing works. I fly somewhat often and I've been one of the people who didn't have a seat due to overbooking. They tell you at the boarding gate that unless someone volunteers, you won't have a seat. That's how it works. The insistence that this guy somehow "got what he deserves" after he was allowed to board his flight and sit in his seat before getting dragged off and bloodied is completely ignorant. Same as with bringing up totally irrelevant things about this man's past. Especially without knowing why he needed to get home. People are also forgetting that he was kicked off a flight he was already sitting in to make room for airline employees.

NBA Playoffs
With the regular season coming to a close, the NBA playoffs are set to start this weekend. A lot of interesting things going on throughout the league. The Warriors are rolling, while the Cavaliers are REELING. But as bad as the Cavaliers have been playing since the all-star break, I would still be very surprised if they don't win the ECF. Boston just needs to win their last game to capture the 1-seed and have home-court throughout the eastern conference playoffs. Even with the 1-seed, I don't think Boston can beat the Cavs in a 7 game series. The only team I can potentially see beating the Cavs in the East is Washington. But I'd still be very surprised to see Cleveland fall in the east. In the west, Golden State is obviously hitting their stride at the perfect time, and all it took was Kevin Durant going down for a few weeks for Curry to show he is still the guy who won back to back MVPs. Sure, he hasn't been that guy in the playoffs, but with Kevin Durant healthy again that may not matter as much. The talent level and depth the Warriors have is second to none. Im really hoping for a trilogy of GS-CLE, because as great as the Warriors are and as bad as Cleveland has been playing, everybody knows that LeBron will not go quietly in the Finals. He still is the best player of this generation. Should be another incredible Finals. What are your predictions? Who are you rooting for?

Is this on Lake George? I only ask because if it is, I'm surprised to not see more snow on the banks.

- Ready for my next United Airlines Flight
Wow this thread now reeks of ignorance.- Ready for my next United Airlines Flight
Perfect point. The ticket is paid for regardless if the person shows up to sit in their seat. So I guess the airlines wouldn't even be eating the cost of a no-show, because that cost has already paid. So the airlines are making money on more tickets than there are seats, while simultaneously changing life plans of their customers. This is another practice that seems to be only accepted in the airline industry.- Ready for my next United Airlines Flight
Maybe he had a shift to work, or maybe he wanted to go home. Maybe he had a graduation or wedding to get to. Maybe he just felt like going home because he paid money for a plane ticket. We have no idea why he needed to get home. It could be for any number of reasons. The fact that overbooking is a legal and common practice doesn't make it right or acceptable. In any other industry, the business would eat the cost of the no shows. I think the larger issue is that this practice of overbooking should never be allowed. If it wasn't, this situation would have never occurred. It's ridiculous that billion dollar airline industries will force paying customers to change their travel plans, financial plans and work plans just so they don't have to potentially eat the cost of a no-show coach ticket. I can't think of any other industry where this is allowed or accepted. Of course this is all made worse by the fact that they only had to "re-accommodate" this guy to make room for their employees.- No more Costas for me
I know what you're saying.- No more Costas for me
I own Costas. If I couldn't afford them and felt I was getting "shafted", then I probably wouldn't buy them.- Ready for my next United Airlines Flight
A couple months ago, while returning from a bassing trip to Mexico, we had 2 days of travel on the way home. I was so exhausted and could barely keep my eyes open. If an airline employee told me that I needed to get off the flight to make room for OTHER AIRLINE EMPLOYEES, or whomever, I would have made a scene just like that. Especially since plane tickets are hundreds of dollars, and I've yet to meet a traveler who wasnt traveling for a reason on those specific dates. So would United Airlines cover my shift at work that I would miss? Doubt it. Would they call my boss and explain why I wasn't at work? Doubt that too. The thought of treating any paying customers that way is utterly astounding. It's easy to bash this guy without knowing his situation, or why he felt he needed to get home so badly.- No more Costas for me
Wow, the things that some people worry themselves with.... Now if you said you were done with United Airlines, then I could understand lol- Fishing around private docks, etc?
Glad somebody finally said it.- Anybody Ever Get Caught Without Their License?
Sometimes I get checked 5 times in a season. Other years, like last year, I don't get checked at all. Regardless, I always have my fishing license.- Everyone's PB
