  9. Ok, So I was looking at a more cost friendly rod. I like dobyns but they are way expensive I bought a duckett. In hand it feels nice. The guides are all straight and balances well. I will be doing a full review after I fish it some more. Paired with a BPS PQ. I got the 7' heavy for jigs/ heavy t rigs

  11. Who is one celebrity you would want to go "fishing" with? Mine would be - Jennifer Aniston or Paige Wyatt from American Guns (Your wife's and girlfriend's will never find out)

  15. I had some Powell diesels and a max but I sold them, does the longer endurance rods balance good? I was looking at the 714 and 723. I've been looking at the pinnacle rods and duckett rods for cranking and maybe an "extra" jig rod. Can't decide...
  16. Brian, who are you trying to fool? We all know you buy DX'S by the 10's! LOL!
  17. I always think you should spend more on the rod than the reel, if your budgets 300$ i would buy a 200$ rod and wait for a reel to go on sale or buy a used one.
  18. Ive been so hard headed and this just finally made me realise that i dont need the Dobyns Champions or G. Loomis GLX but if i have the money for them i would for sure buy them. I thinki just wanted some "High Quality" gear. but there was nothing wrong with the stuff i had. i just wanted to say "I Have a 300$ rod im the best a fishing." but in realitity its 80% the fisherman 20% the gear. i bet KVD could use a berkley cherrywood and still bash there heads in.
