I think I might just save up a couple more weeks and buy another dobyns! Haha ice is just starting to melt and I'm going on vacation so I don't need the rod right away!

Has anyone used either of them? how are they? How is denalis costumer service and kistlers? looking for a rod to replace my *** *** black. ( Great rod, dont like the reel seat) Please let me know how they are! Not trying to start a brand fight just want feedback on the rods! Thanks and tight lines!

I have a *** Black and i love how the rod blank is and everything, just one thing, i hate the reel seat. Should i force myself to like it or return it for a new rod? If i do im looking for a rod with an ECS reel seat in the 100-200 price range. thanks,

I'm looking for a Texas rig/finesse jig rod I have a champion spinning rod but I can't base the power to a casting rod. should I get a 703 a lot of people say they run lite so should I step up to a 704? Mostly throw 1/4 oz maybe 3/8 oz Texas rigs. Looking at the champion series. Thanks,

My cousin uses one for A-Rigs, he fishes loomis rods and still uses that rod instead, i guess he likes it.

Not much of a review but a cool rod just handle are not that attractive but probably an awesome rod.

If you buy a Dobyns rod from a retailer between October 2013 and June 2014 you are eligible for 40% coalition Weapon rods which retail for 200.00! They are discounting the series.

Is there any brand copoly that "sinks" like fluoro?
