I don't understand why there is a trout pattern on the swimbaits? are the lakes that these guys fish stocked with trout or is it just something new the fish haven't seen or nether

not sure what pound line to use for cranking with crankbaits.

is it normal to punch lilys? I always see people punching mats but never lilys. I am very new to punching can somebody help with rod/reel ect. I am not sure if it matters but i will be bank fishing.

I started fishing them this weekend and love them even though last week i wanted nothing to do with them. I have been using a PROvider cut n' edge swim jig in bluegill color with a keitech 4.8 inch swing impact in bluegill flash. Whats your opinion on swim jigs do you like them hate them? color brand ect. I have not fished with shad color because im usually fishing smaller ponds bak fishing.

the water i fish is what i would consider stained until it rains then its muddy but my go to bait is a zoom ultravibe speed craw texas rigged, also like the frogs. (the reason i posted this is because i need confidence lures)

Lately I have spent over $400 dollars on fishing tackle in the past month or two. For a 14 year old it is very difficult considering i cannot get a job.

I cant seem to put my frogs down lately fishing from the bank they have been awesome to me. Any tips and pointers. On the spro frogs I can't seem to bend out the hooks or i don't feel like I am and help/tips?
