do the silent ones work also in stained slightly muddy water ?

thinking of upgrading from my powell max 683. what is a really sensitive rod for the price 6'8 - 7' that i can get for $160-$200 ? i was thinking KLX but i dont want a mod fast action. i noticed the falcon cara is on sale at TW ive been considering those but ive heard their CS sucks. any other suggestions. will be used for texas rigs mostly

last year was first time i really started to throw lipless cranks. now early spring theyre becoming a favorite technique. question is is there a certain time bass prefer a one knocker vs a rattling crank (such as xr50 vs xrk50). do guys usually have more success with the one knockers?

went to local academy snagged the last 2 xcalibur one knockers in foxy shad thwey finally started carrying 6th sense stuff. was al i could do to keep myself from leaving with an arm full of 6th sense but instead allowed myself one crush 75x to go along with the xcaliburs. the zoom sale was tempting but ive got plenty of soft plastics

im new to jerkbait fishing only have a few. anyone have good success with academys h20 jerkbaits?. i know theyre hardbaits are all good. these have good action?.

definitely. ive scored alot of deals at one in particular. always puts apt of good lures on clearance. a rack of rods 50% off. last year i scored a 6'8 medium/fast gen1 cumara for 109 still in plastic with tags.. will probably go back by there friday and give them some more $

may upgrade my 5 yr old bps spinning reel to pfleuger presidient myself.

all i pretty much use now is Mccoy copolymer. hasnt let me down. not expensive,strong, low memory, casts great. fixing to order a couple more spools myself

in my hands the fury feels better. ive read some say its even a little more sensitive. id definitely go with the fury

anyone still use the older zillions? i never handled one til recently and may pick one up when one shows up in classifieds somewhere. or is the newer stuff out these days better?. seems all i can find negative about em is the weight. are they built as well as older shimano
