Census-How many of you use Megastrike Fishing Products-WHY /WHY NOT
Was that so hard? That is the original intent of the thread and it echoes what others have said. Nowhere before this post did you give any criteria that you may try the product, only alluding to the fact that you WOULDN'T try the products. Mission accomplished.

it's almost FOOTBALL time...
10-6, 12-4, 9-7. His record as a head coach. Those are all winning seasons. Won a Super Bowl. Looks like he didn't completely screw things up. Personally, I'm quite interested to see hat happens this year. Ben has thrown a wrench into things once again. I'm interested to see what Tomlin does with it. At this point, I don't think Tomlin has shown himself to be a terrible coach. As for interviews, I personally think the best candidate should get a job...anywhere. The reality is, people often have predetermined who they want...anywhere. I don't have a problem with the rule and I do think at times it can be silly. I would offer this for consideration to you: Discussing race and using the word "token" can easily take things down a road never intended to travel.

Questionable exception? I'm not sure I follow. Would you mind elaborating? Grimm and Whisenhunt went on to take the losing Cardinals to 2 NFC Divisional championship games and one Superbowl appearance. And the Cardinals will be a strong team again this year. Although Tomlin did take the Stealers to another Superbowl win with a team that was handed to him, the rapid decline of this franchise since then under his command, with Rapistboerger in all his glory, paints the real story about Tomlin. OK. Personally I would disagree with some of your statements but I will respect your right to express your opinion. Just one final question: What is the "real story about Tomlin"?

internet testosterone or really the way folks think?
Very nice Speedbead! Its one thing to carry a gun and feel tough. Its another thing to actually have the debate with yourself about what you are truly willing to do.

New Cumberland PA
I will be in the New Cumberland/Harrisburg area all next week for training. I don't know much about the area or if I will even have much down time. Are there any areas worth my time and hauling up my gear? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Credit Cards...
Seems like there is a lot of advice and differing opinions so you have a lot to think about. I'll simply add this: If you use a card you must be disciplined and mature. I was not and got into trouble. It took years to fix. I quote Speedbead because I personally think Dave Ramsey has a lot of good things to say. I would suggest you read his books and check out his TV show on FBN before you make your decision. Even if you chose to go the credit card route, I would still suggest you read Ramsey's books.

Pinnacle Rod Review-Carolina Rig
I've never written a review so I'll keep this brief and to the point (I hope). I received the Carolina Rig rod and have had a chance to take it out a couple of times. Initially, I was most impressed with the weight of the rod. It is incredibly light compared to the rods I currently own. The lake I used this rod on didn't necessarily set up for a c-rig, so I initially began fishing it as a worm rod (t-rig). After recognizing the lightness of the rod, I immediately noticed the sensitivity. Combined with a tungsten weight, I was in awe of the feeling with the rod. I could feel the weight slowly sliding down a rock and the bluegill hits were magnified. I later set up the rod as a c-rig and continued to notice the same sensitivity. I did manage to catch a fish on the t-rig and found the rod to have a good back bone and good play in the rod tip. Needless to say, I give this rod two thumbs up and would certainly recommend that anyone looking to but a new rod check out the Pinnacle line. Speedbead was with me on the second trip out and can verify the lightness of the rod and the amount of times I commented on the sensitivity. I am looking forward to checking out his swimbait rod. Thank you Pinnacle for this great contest, opportunity, and great fishing rod.

Favre to retire
I just heard on the radio ("The Herd") via Ed Werder that Farve will play if healthy. Apparenlty Werder found Farve and "cornered" him, based on what Collin said.

Any Saltwater Anglers near Lewes, DE?
Finchaser Sport Fishing out of OC Maryland. I have no idea what will be happening out there as the season progress. He has a chart on his site that does a basic break down of what type of fishing is going on for what month it is.

Any Saltwater Anglers near Lewes, DE?
I forgot to add that the day before I fished the inlet, we went down just to check it out. I saw a group of guys catching what I would consider a decent amount of bluefish. They were using a white bucktail and some extra weight. The also appeared to have a white Gotcha trailer on the bucktail.

Any Saltwater Anglers near Lewes, DE?
I assume by IRI you are referring to the Indian River Inlet? I just got back from vacation at Bethany Beach and went to the Inlet for a few hours to try my hand. I caught a tiny sea bass ( I think) and then caught two fish (have no idea what they were bu the had blue color on their belly) on a flounder rig with fishbites bloodworm on the hooks. We also took a charter out trying to cathc dinner. Between four of us we caught at least 100 sea bass. Two were legal size to keep. The guide told me that bottom fishing has not been good and took some shark stuff with us. He said the shark fishing has been great. We ended up bringing about 6 spinners and black tip to the boat and broke off a handfull more. They were a lot of fun to watch and catch. There was also a huge cobia cruising around, but we could not get him to bite.
