Sounds good to me. I can get off for work as long as I give time in advance. July is fine with me or we could wait till fall when the fish start feeding pretty heavy. I'm happy with either just looking forward to meeting some new fishing buds and getting to go back to clarks hill

I was doing some looking and it looks like theres a restaurant and marina on soap creek that might be a good option.

You ever fish the savannah river? There's a place I've been wanting to put my boat in at but I have nobody to go with me. I've been looking on Google maps and it looks like there's a lot of potential. We could go down river fish reds and go up and fish bass. I fish savannah river a lot but never been that far down.

Saw on the news this morning a guy sky diving dropped his gopro camera right after he jumped out. Well you could do like I did; took my fiancé fishing the other day and she asked when I got the new depth finder and how much it cost. Go to cast your line and hook onto something and knock her in the head with the object you hooked so it looks like an accident and she will forget all about what she was asking.

The way I see it is that if I'm going fishing anyways gas is my responsibility. Only things I ask for when someone tags along is drinks, tie your own lines, be open minded (because i'm a goof ball and like to have a good time) and willing to give me some info if you think you know were to catch the fish. lol

I'm in south Carolina right on the border but I travel to Georgia a good bit. We have tons of bowfin right here. Just looked up a snake head and you can keep them lol.

I had no clue there were snake heads!!!! They kind of look like a bowfin right? I try to stay away from waters that might have bodies in them; but then again every body of water around here most likely has a body in it.

I don't have a big fancy bass boat but reliable and its not insured. I can bring it if I need to and anyone is welcome on it

A little red and white beetle spin

I have a lowrance hdi 7. Purchased it so I could do sonar logs and send in to navionics so I could have maps of places not already maped. I mapped a lake the other day and sent into Navionics. Week later I get an email saying lowrance does not grant permission for logs recorded in their proprietary format to be used by navionics for improving sonar charts. Anybody else have this problem and what did you do to fix it? That was the whole reason I purchased it when it says right on the label it is capable and now its telling me its not.

I think that's why I didn't do well. I went to a lake I've never been and tried new things I've never fished.
