Oh and get the ball on your hitch welded on. We came back from a trip one time and someone had taken the ball loose from our hitch. I guess we got back in time to keep them from getting the trailer

Its ridiculous hard working people are the ones this happens to. 85% of the time its people who could care less about fishing. They have buddy's they want to look cool in front of so they show how tough they are, when it really shows how cowardly they are. Its the people who never buy fishing license who are looking to take the easy way to acquire things and make a easy dollar. Don't ever leave your boat in the water over night either. I was staying at lake marion one night and I had been talking to this older gentlemen and he was the nicest person I ever meat taught me some things took me out on his boat. I get up the next morning and he said his boat was gone. Apparently someone had pulled their boat up to his and pulled it off somewhere in the middle of the night because there is someone always on duty watching for people to come pay to put there boats in. Poor fella couldn't quit crying over it.

I have the same unit but without the gps. I had it installed on my dash and I would turn it around when I was fishing on the deck it was hard to see at times but it did the job and I was happy with it other than no gps. Another good thing is if you ever want to upgrade to a bigger unit you can keep the transducer on the boat and just replace the actual unit. Its easy to use also and if you have really bad eyes this isn't for you because you have to look at it good to see the fish. I liked it but I just sold it for $100 because I wanted a bigger one with gps.

The catfish are starting to move up. Caught 2 in 30 min, one is 22 lbs the other 17. The second one i caught, when i got It in the boat it tangled all my lines up in to something i cant desribe Lol. I had to leave because i left my running lights at home

Never failed and we have pulled in many a catfish over 20 pounds with this set up. I believe we have the 7' medium heavy (not sure) but It has been so long since we have had to get another. Most of them are over 6 years old and still holding on. We use 40 pound mono and a steel leader. But unless you plan on going out in big water drifting for them just a mono leader works or what ever you like.

Well a few weeks ago I was going to my first tournament. The day before the tournament was suppose to be partly cloudy and 0% rain. Said temp wasn't suppose to start dropping until 400 the next morning. Well guess what I put my boat in the day before the tournament and I go to put my boat back on the trailer and it starts hailing and the temp had already dropped 20 degrees. Well they didn't say it wasn't going hail so they weren't to far off lol.

Apparently Lowrance has made it to were if you don't have the HDS model witch is more expensive than the HDI you can not save your sonar logs in the proper format for navionics. Lowrance has a newish update for the units and I downloaded hopefully it will fix the problem.

We meet at soap creek landing in the morning shake hands, go fish, come back to soap creek everybody show there results for bragging rights, then grab some food. Then if anyone wants they can go back out fishing. What you think RETIREDBOSN

I don't like spinner baits. Can't seem to catch a fish on them. I'm not blaming it on the bait though I guess the spinner bait is my lure I need to take out and leave everything else home

I don't really remember what I say right when I lose a good fish but I know what my buddy says. CALM DOWN AND QUIT THROWING YOUR RODS!!!!!!!!!! Then I go on and curse him and tell him to put the mother loving dip net down. Then I crank the boat up go about 5 yards turn off the boat and go back at it.
