The Best Way To Carry Tackle For Bank Fisherman In My Opinion
I don't worry about the whole confidence deal. My confidence doesn't change in any of my baits. I carry two rods, one I use for everything that is a $180 setup and one that I can use if the rod breaks on the other one or something else happens. It's maybe a $100 setup at most.

Split - Grip Rods : Love 'em Or Hate 'em ?
Agreed.

Buzzbaits
I throw my buzzbait everywhere I can, even if I don't think there's fish there I throw it anyways just in hopes of getting something. I've thought about changing the color or buying a non clacker buzz. I have a white one right now and it hasn't caught anything.

Split - Grip Rods : Love 'em Or Hate 'em ?
It doesn't matter to me really. I mainly just want cork handle rods, whether it's split grip or full grip, I don't care. They still do their job and catch me fish. Maybe I don't care because I don't really have the money to be picky, but it's pretty much personal preference.

Trusty Home Defense Gun
I can shoot faster with my pump than my friend can with his autoloader. I can also shoot faster with his autoloader than he can with my AR15-22.

How Do You Quickly And Humanely Kill Fish?
Either throw them back or take a hatchet and cut the head off or crush their skull.

Buzzbaits
I'll just keep trying, haven't been catching many fish lately. Went out yesterday and was throwing a worm until it started to get late then switched to a buzzbait, then a frog. I didn't even catch s single fish.

Buzzbaits
I have yet to catch a bass on a buzzbait. I believe mine is a Strike King with a clacker and it doesn't matter what time of day I throw it or what the weather is like, I never get any bites on it. I don't know if I should buy a different color or to cut the clacker off or just give up on it. I've never really been good with any topwaters besides poppers so I can't be to surprised. Anyone have any tips?

Ever Lost A Rod?
When I was a kid we used to always go catch catfish in my Uncle's pond to take home and fry. One time I wasn't paying attention and then my parents started yelling, I turned around in time to see my youth Zebco setup go into the water. I was pretty crushed that I couldn't fish any more. My parents bought me the same setup if I remember right and I didn't like it because it wasn't mine. Lol

Prepare to get hate, most of people will probably say what your uncle said to you. Luckily I've never had a bass swallow the hook, but I hav had a catfish that got the hook far enough back that I couldn't get it out and had to throw him back with a small treble hook in his mouth.

Decent And Cheap Ultralight Combo
It's fine, bud. You were just trying to help. I had actually considered a Pflueger for him because they have some ultralight spincasts, but I don't think he likes them to much either.
-
Decent And Cheap Ultralight Combo
Spincast, he isn't a fan of much else.

Decent And Cheap Ultralight Combo
Probably should've mentioned I'd like to stay away from Pflueger. I was thinking of the Zebco Ultralight combo. I know Zebco is a good company and they're cheap. I was just looking for some other suggestions.

Decent And Cheap Ultralight Combo
My dad has an old Quantum ultralight spincast combo and it's pretty much shot since he's had it for probably more than 20 years. I was thinking about buying him a new one but I'm not sure which one to get him. Any suggestions?

Pinky Finger Pain When Setting The Hook
I keep the trigger grip between my middle finger and ring finger. I used to keep it between my index and middle finger but I feel like I have more control and power the way I hold it now.

How Should I Mix And Match My Reels And Rods
Lew's Super Duty=Berkley Cherrywood, use for cranking. Lew's BB1=Duckett Ghost, use for whatever else. That's just my opinion.

Icast 2014
I may sound like an idiot, but what is ICast? I've been seeing a lot about it and I'm guessing it's like E3 for gamers where they show a preview of all their new products coming out within the next year.

Pinnacle Reels
I noticed the metal frame and side cover, that's one of the reasons I am really considering it. I'm probably going to be buying one as soon as I can get the money. I'm not the best guy to do a review, but I'll try my best. I bought my first Quantum last Friday at the hunting and fishing expo and will definitely be buying more of their reels after I try out some different companies. I want to try to get at least one a piece of the top rated companies and then buy more of the brands I like most. I believe that Quantum will be one of my favorites and I'm really looking forward to the hunting and fishing expo next year so I can pick up a Quantum Smoke for $100.

The reason I like my bag is because I can carry more rod and reels if needed.

Pinnacle Reels
That one is a little out of the price range for a teen with no job. Lol How about this one? It's a little closer to what I could pay. http://www.pinnaclefishing.com/shop/p-85-producer-xt.aspx#page=page-1

Pinnacle Reels
I see Pinnacle runs ads on here so I'm sure I'll get a biased opinion, but I was looking through their reel lineup and seen a few I'm considering buying. Are they actually good reels or are they not very well made? I never see anyone talking about them so I was just curious.

Technique Specific, Or Not.
I think it really depends on how much money you have. A kid like me who doesn't have much money will buy one good rod and reel setup and use it for every possible purpose and then buy another good setup for the other purposes. Now for someone who has money, they may buy a different rod and reel for each specific job.

I've never found a place I can't put my pack. Lol I fish real tight areas sometimes and I'll just put my pack between my feet.

I have a small Okeechobee pack, it just didn't have much storage space for me.
