  13. Boats in Tn. have no titles. Only registration and numbers. The last stupid thing I did was forgetting to undo my transom tie downs. I've owned a boat since the 70's.
  14. My favorite lake is Kentucky lake. I grew up on it.

  17. The club I'm in has no restrictions other than you must have a working live well ! The only problem with that is the faster boats get the good spots and the slower boats have to take left overs.

  20. How to decide what size trolling motor battery to buy ! I have a 15'3" Skeeter Bass boat with a 43lbs thrust motor guide trolling motor. I need a battery that will run trolling motor for at least 8 hour bass tournaments. I spend more time trolling than I do running. Which Battery and what size ?

  23. My little Skeeter Bass boat is only 15'3" and I run it on Pickwick lake Tn. on the Tn.River it has all kinds of pleasure yachts and river barges so I just have to slow down and get the nose up. If my boat can handle those waves then you can to . Just take it slow get the nose up and have a good high volume bilge pump plus a good PFD
  24. Thanks for the info Grampa. Any and all information is a plus in my book. My team mate asked me the other day what my game plan was and I just laughed at him . He knows the lake and just wanted to hear what I had to say.. After RW input and studying Google Earth I started to tell him what I thought. Before I could get the words out of my mouth he laid it out just about the way I was going to tell him plus some. I let him do what most boaters won't. I let him run the front. The way my hands are and my eye sight is it takes me a long time to re tie and he is a lot faster. It works out better that way. Thanks Dan
