  1. I have been on the side of the NHL's Boston Bruins needing to get new ownership. They are the worst owners only trying to be mildly competitive to keep fans in the seats and not want to go out and win a Stanely Cup. I cant really complain about the Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics ownership since all of them have done well in the last 5 yrs.
  2. I did do some looking around and found that I cant even get an *** as an Individual, my only options are PPO or HSA. Granted those premiums are half as much as what I currently pay however the amount of coverage and large size of the deductibles the cost benefit ratio just isn't there, for instance the deductibles shoot up to $5k or $7k out of pocket.
  3. Ok, first this isn't about Obama or his health care plan, period! If you want to talk about that please start another thread so it can get deleted! This is strictly about my health insurance! Let me first say that I work for a small company. When I say small I mean its just me and the owner. They get the health ins plan that we both use. I am not married nor do I have any kids. However my out of pocket for my health insurance is close to $500/mo. I had a 3.5 day hospital stay on Memorial Day weekend, with some emergency surgery thrown in there. So my insurance at nearly $500/mo left me owing my full out of pocket expenses for the year in the amount of $3,000 ($1,000 deductible + 20% Co Ins $2,000). I guess with an individual plan costing me close to $500 a month, you wouldn't think that my out of pocket would be $3,000.00. Now the kicker would be if I didn't have health insurance my hospital stay would have run me $23,500. I guess that is the bright side, that and I am back to normal. Steps off soap box.
  4. Truly a legend in the music world. RIP Les Paul...
  5. Hey Guys, Real life has been hampering me with getting out on the water as of late. However have been out on Canobie recently with some good results nothing big to write home about but some quality fish in the 2-3lb range. I see most of you are putting some quality fish in the boat. I hope Cabelas finally gets my onboard charger to me sooner rather than later. Well Good Luck and Tight Lines all.

Been a big fan of cake since the early 1990s. I have seen them live once. Good band, unique style.
  7. Anabolic Steroids have been illegal for quite some time.... : It may or may not have been in Baseball. However steroids are against the law, I think thats also getting lost here.
  8. Drug use whether it be performance enhancing or recreational it is a problem league wide. To think that any one team is free from having a player break the rules and laws is a little narrow minded in my opinion. Am I disappointed that Red Sox have some dirty players that have been on their staff, yes I am. Notables being Canseco, Manny, Ortiz, and Clemens (although I dont know if he was using back then, but he is a known user). Its a sad day in Red Sox nation however the list just needs to come out in full, and to be made public.
  9. Well looks like Big Papi was a user in 2003. He was tested positive for performance enhancing drugs in 2003. Read more here. Its a sad day for Red Sox Nation. Say it aint so Papi! > :'( > :(
  10. Give this man a beer, he knows what he is talking about!
  11. Its a brutal stretch for our beloved Red Sox, Tin. Somebody, anybody throw some life preservers already.
  12. i would have never thought of that. That is the extremely smart way to go. My parents live in the house I grew up in and that I now own. They also have a summer place that my brother and I jointly own. So when and if they are sick and need care, their estate is penniless. All of their life's assets are in a trust that my brother and I are due to inherit.
  13. love that Etta James recording Muddy Great list, indeed...
  14. He needs to go away, far far away...
  15. I think the Olympic committee needs to get on the ball and make a one suit for all swimmers to level the field. I mean 4 seconds in a swimming competition is allot of time/distance to make up just for a suit.
  16. Congrats!!!
  17. No! No! and ummm ya NO! He was becoming a marginal QB at best his last few yrs in the league what does he have to offer now being a year older and a year out of the game and slower...

  22. Hey Guys, I fish in NH on a small lake (approx 275acres). Well recently the state came and treated the lake for Milfoil. Well the lake used too fish rather shallow, weedbeds, and boat docks would get you a boat load of fish in no time flat. However the fish are getting increasingly scarce on this shallow structure. Does anyone have any tips, tactics, or tricks to finding fish in a lake that no has hardly any weedbeds left. I tried since the wind was blowing pretty good last time out a spinnerbait down the bank that only got me 4 bites. Sun was out I went to some lily pads and laydowns and fished a Spro Frog w/o a bite. Went out to deeper breaks and fished a tube picked up 2-3 in 10-14ft of water. I got 2 fishing a jig and pig out in that 10-14ft zone as well. Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, tight lines all.
  23. Nice Fish Tard... Looks like you guys have been sticking them pretty good. I cant get over the rain we have been having. Real life has been getting the way of getting out on the water looking forward to getting out on Sunday and sticking some fish.Tight lines....
