  1. I was already browsing for a new rod for swimbaits but I want one that I can use for frogging too. I don't think I will go any heavier then the bbz 6 in floater. Any recommendations of rods? I was looking at the new daiwa swimbait rod 8ft heavy but is that too much for frogging?
  2. Hello all, Right now I am using a 6.6 medium heavy Berkley lighting rod to throw a BBZ 6 in floating swim bait. Can I get away with this or do I really need to upgrade the rod. Any advice is appreciated
  3. Question, I plan to throw the BBZ 6 in floater in a canal that has stained water. Can I get away with straight braid or should I have a leader on? I tie decent knots but worry if I don't tie a good uni-uni knot I might just flip it out there and never get it back. >_<

  5. What if I am using the floating version? Just plain mono?
  6. Ahh, yeah. I only got into bass fishing 1 year ago, now Greynolds just refer you to the brackish side. Oh well, like you said, just have to try other places
  7. Thanks! You can fish in Greynolds East but it's so cramped there with one pier and everyone trying to fish off it LOL I have tried Snake Creek but not much luck.
  8. Hello all, I live in North Miami Beach and I am always looking for some good spots to fish for bass. Anyone have any spots that they would recommend where you won't get in trouble for fishing and there is near by parking? Places that I have fished Taylor Park (North Miami) Tropical Park by Bird Road
  9. Hello everyone, I purchased the Shell Cracker G2 but haven't had much luck with it. Any advise or tips for using it would be much appreciated. thanks in advance
  10. Hi all, I recently purchased the BBZ-1 4 in Shad and the BBZ 6 in swimbait. I was wondering what lb line would you guys recommend I use for each? I am just worried about using the BBZ 6 inch, I don't want to use too weak of a line and have it snap from the line. Thanks for any advice!
