Best Way to Cook a Steak?
I assume that most of us shop at the local grocery store and don't know a great butcher, because a good quality steak only needs a little salt and pepper. But for the OK steaks I use the following: Marinade: Enough black pepper, salt, garlic power, seasoned meat tenderizer, to cover both sides. Mix 1 to 2 Tbps of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of A-1 sauce, 1/4 cup Worcester sauce, and 1 to 2 shots of Jack Daniels. Take steaks(I like Ribeyes), marinade anywhere from 4 hours to freezer for later, cook to liking (IMO med to med rare). I turn the grill on high, place steaks on, turn steaks quarter turn after 2-3 mins, after another 2-3 minutes, flip and repeat. After cooking, let those steaks rest on a plate for at least 5 mins before cutting. This is my recipe I use every time and family loves them! Good luck if you decide to use it. Great now I am hungry...Lol.

Military service
Military service isn't for everyone, but it is what you decide what you what to make of it. I am reading that your main reason is college, I too joined for the college aspect of it as well. There are a few options for you. You can go the ROTC route, which you will need to serve 36 months for each 12 months of school. If you enlist, you can use the post 9/11 bill for school, which you will have to pay a small portion into(I think) and after 36 months you are eligible to use it on whatever you like. If you are serious about joining, do your research, study for the ASFAB (110 GT needed for Officer) and try to get a good after the military job. Be careful of recruiters, they are out for numbers and not for you. Different services do things differently, Army will put you in a specific MOS, Air Force will put you in a career field. Talk to someone that has already been there done that before committing. PM me if you need to and we can talk. Good luck to ya either way!

Who would you fish with for a day?
First re-action answer would be KVD, but after some thought it would have to be Zona. That would be so much fun, he's got a really cool attitude and catches some nice fish too!

I feel your pain man. Same here, can't get a fish lately. Throw everything I have at them, nothing. It gets despairing sometimes. I tell myself, I am just not able to catch the fish during the spawn....lol. Keep trying and good luck to ya!
