  1. I use a Tatula HD for swimbaits....works great
  2. I threw 1/8th oz jigs on a 7'6" Cronos this weekend. Caught a few fish on it and it felt great. I will use it for dropshotting the next outing. Really like it so far.

They work great in 100+ degree and not having to put on sunscreen is priceless
  4. The Tactical seems a little more refined than my tatula type R's....i have not been able to fish with it yet but the only gripe i have is the top above the tws is smooth and im use to the cutouts where my thumb goes(grip)....we'll see if it makes a difference out on the water. Have you used a tatula before? If you like the other ones im sure you will like the tactical
  5. I picked up 2 yesterday.....we'll see how they are next spring 7'3" MH and H
  6. 6'4" Ike series rod with a Daiwa SS SV 6.4:1 reel 10lb mono and it doubles for topwater too
  7. Fish with 6" swimbaits here in idaho for smallmouth all the time. 1-2 pounders nail them too
  8. Catch cats on Crankbaits all the time....last weekend caught one on a black and blue jig (thought it was a huge bass)
  9. Most of the public waters hold some decent bass just have to put in the time.

  11. Probably late but.... Lake Lowell has good bank fishing and wade the tree's when the water is up
  12. Daiwa DB Minnow gets my vote
  13. I will have to try one of those hooks.....never even thought about trying one
  14. I've tried both and hate the action with an EWG...i use a heavier wire round bend offset hook when weightless
  15. They feed on kokanee
