Both of those are great choices but I would also consider getting a daiwa lexa on TW for $70- originally $140-.

I did the same thing last time I went fishin I had only cuaght 1 bass on a shaky head and it was super slow with no other hookups so I threw the bass rods in the car and only took my ultra light down to the lake with a can o worms...first cast I imedeatly catch a decent bass!
