Just one change...
SLOW DOWN!!!! I am a decent fisherman, but I truly believe I could get bit a lot more this year by fishing slower and not moving my bait as far when I work it.

Hidden Secrets....
This is not a hidden secret, but back your boat off and cast to where the bank beaters boat is sitting. I've caught bigger fish doing this.

Should I stay or Move
I agree with Raul in that you have to analyze what the conditions are for the spot you are in. I myself like to move , especially when the fish are moving and actively feeding. It's a numbers game. I feel like the more fish see my bait , the more I am going to catch.

Senkos!!!!!!!!!! 1# Plastic Bait!
JT- I figured it was something like that, cause there was the name Yamamoto on the package. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I think I'll keep buying from the son, he doesn't charge as much. 8)

Senkos!!!!!!!!!! 1# Plastic Bait!
I caught as many fish with the senko this year, as I did with all other baits combined. The don't always work, but when they work they really work. I usually use the Kinami stick baits you can find at Wally world here in North Carolina, and they seem to work just as good as the original Senkos. One of the biggest things for me concerning the Senko is that you can catch big fish or numbers of fish with them. If there's no wind the best way is to fish them weightless, but if there is a little wind I texas rig with a very small bullet weight so I can feel the bait.

TIGER and GORILLA Bass
Don't think they had "Gorilla" Bass in the 1930's.(When the world-record bass was caught.) :

What is your favorite fishing show?
My girlfriend is the best one to ask this question to and her answer is........ " ALL OF THEM!!!!!" And she is right.

Does it upset you?
Agreed that taking small Bass helps most lakes have bigger bass. But like others have said, please throw back the trophies. Replicas can be made pretty much exactly like the fish you caught.

where do you come from
I'm from Durham, NC and now reside in Burlington, NC. I enjoy fishing ponds, small lakes, large lakes, and saltwater. I enjoy fishing for about anything, but Bass fishing is what I do most. I'm new to this site and hoping I can expand my knowledge by visiting here.
