I can speak for calcasieu that blue and black speed craw usually does the trick. Sabine I've never fished but from what I've heard it works there also

I t rig mine with a 3/16 or 1/8 ounce. I usually hop hop pause , twitch then rinse and repeat. If I'm in heavy stuff I go 5/16. I'll pull it through weeds into open grass and dead stick for 15 seconds then twitch

Scent is still there. There moist but maybe it's how aggressive they are down here I don't know I just know I had to change worms after my 4 pound 3 pound and after every 1 pounder

I've been using 5 inch and no f2 on package. So if I'm using the new formula then I must say they work great. Minus the fact I have to change the worm every fish
