PS if anyone wants to fish with me im renting a boat from the MWR on the Louisiana side. If anyone wants to fish with lemme know. I can only take one person the boats are small and im bringing alot of rods. They are 17.5 ft aluminum rangers with 75 mercs on em. Go about 40 fully trimmed up. Ok cool deal. I usually dont orefish unless my boater invites me out but im so tired of sucking i wanna find my own fish now and see if they are still there at night. I bought the navionics app and i have about 30 waypoints saved that i wanna check out. Wont hit all of em tomorrow but i def wanna hit about 10 of em.

I have been busy with tournaments and not doing so well i moghtt add. Im a co angler so alot of guys are keeping me off their spots lol but anywho im prefishing tomorrow for a tourney sat night. From what i have read fish in an area arent gonna go too far from where they are in the daytime vs night time. Is this true? If i find a school in the day time in 25' of water they should be relatively close to the same location at night right?

The lake! Lol both my kids were born there. But we are from Deridder kingmotorboat. We def beed to have sone fishing convos my man. And DarrenM yes i was medically retired from the Army. Did 5 years. Was in Korea and Afghanistan among other places for short periods of time. Awesome experience. But being wounded let me do whats in my heart full time...BASS FISHING!

Thanks yall. I definitely will be reading Catts posts about Toledo. I have mainly stayed on the Southern End of the lake. North of Pendelton bridge i dont know anything about. Thanks for the welcome. I will most likely attend the unofficial roadtrip in May. Exciting. Im not a boater as of yet so if anyone has any seats they would be willing to offer me iwould greatly appreciate it. Hey yall. New to the website, just wanted to introduce myself. Im Travis and I have been bass fishing for 2 years now. I have fished my whole life but bass have me hooked and ill never turn back. Im from SW Louisiana and I primarily fish Toledo Bend. Im proud of the amount I have learned in 2 years but im not content, I always want to learn more! Im 25 and retired so im looking forward to a lengthy life of bass fishing competetively.

I was looking at trying to get into the BBT at Lake Conroe in March. Still dont know if ill be able to do it, but im definately hoping!
